I have huawei p30 pro, the app worked fine when i downloaded it but the next day it just keeps "connecting". When i manually connect it just says there's an error and the app was made for an older android version, YET the app works perfectly for my dad, who has the exact phone as me. I've tried reinstalling and turning my phone off qnd on again, which neither of them didn't work. Help?
I'm using Android 7 on Huawei P7 Lite and it just crashes always when I "Shake berfore stepping" and works if the scale is on and I "Shake after stepping". It would be nice if the graphs were scalable and you could view the whole month/year at a glance. And also the min/max values. Otherwise OK and does not require registration or other extra and unneccessary steps.
After year ends you cannot view last previous year results in mont by month view to see results of days. In addition to that 2018 11 and 12 month cumulative results are also either erased or not displayed. Please fix those problems asap.. people have added daily data to your app but it takes this data hostage.. what a misery provider.
No longer connects to phone, tried everything for over an hour, soooooo frustrating! Was fine for years before latest update which was meant to make things better.
This is the worst application I have ever downloaded. It is absolutely not intuitive: I cannot find the data from last year. I cannot delete a user or measurement I have done in error.
So far worked with all phones I had. Why there is no option to save data on some account (google drive, Dropbox or similar). When phone is replaced there is no option to restore previous data.
Bad app, very bad scale. App crashes everytime I shake the phone to connect. Scale shows different results even about 0.7 kg within 5 minutes.
Can weigh yourself (whether or not its acurate though I'm not sure) The scales no longer pair to my device and my device can't even detect the scales. Used to be a very useful app now it's pants!
I have been weighing myself yesterday (28.1.2022) and today (29.1.) but the app doesn't save them and just shows 17.1. as the last data.
Why would i want a app for my scale to be able to handle calls. And WHY does it not let me past the screen asking for permission??? After working as a app developer for around 10 years this is probably the dumbest thing i have seen so far. Read your reply, you fail to mention the Phone permission, why?
Asks for permission to make and manage phone calls. There is no reason this would be needed to talk to a Bluetooth device, don't trust this app. Developer replied to similar reviews with bogus answers that sidestep the real issue.
Works BAD! Both in Android and Iphone. The scales dashboard is not working properly.
It worked fine for a year but now it has trouble connecting to mt s10+ and when it does it says 0 kg

I guess if you've come this far you've already purchased this scale from Biltema. This scale and the app are useless. And I mean useless. To compare it to Beurer BF1000 scale; (Biltema readings on the left, BF1000 on the right). Fat% display: (24,3% vs. 13,6%). Water retention: (50,3% vs. 59,6%. Muscle% (24,5% vs. 51,5%) whopping 26,5% off!!!! Besides reading your weight, this scale is literally rubbish. Can't believe its even being sold. Paid 699kr for this.

Bad, very bad application. Impossible to pairing. The pairing is successful one time to 20 attempts. In the other hand, this is not intuitive and this denounce a simple, archaic and basic software. That is not good to the name of AEG. My device: Samsung Note 8, updated to the last version.
