Smart Screen On/Off Pro

Whatever you have done in the update has stopped it working completely now! The double tap for screen off now doesn't work at all. I've used this app for a long time now. The fix to stop the screen going off when typing works for a short period(hours) then your typing with a double letter & the dam screen goes off. The double tap randomly stops working at the best of times - usual fix go into settings turn it off & then on again.

Dear users, if your proximity sensor becomes dirty, you need to google how to clean it. If you can handle that, then this developer takes care of the rest. CLUE: Your proximity sensor is an optical device and when dust and dirt stop the light from reaching the sensor, only you can fix it. If this app fails, it might be up to you to help yourself. Really. Please wake up. I'm not a developer, just a sympathizer. This person lets you opt out of ads. Hello?!?

So close, but such a pain. This app does exactly what it says. What it doesn't say is that once it locks your phone you CANNOT use fingerprint unlock. I contacted the develop but they did not even respond! If you don't mind entering your PIN every time, it's a good buy, but for the rest of us, save your money and save time! Despite the developer's comment below, if he had replied to my email he would have known that I did do this and it still doesn't work. Moving it from a 3 star down to a 1 star for lack of customer service.

I use only double tap feature. Does not work very well. Either works or not , 50% chance. Only time it always works when I send text messages , always turns phone off when I need double letters or numbers. Pretty annoying. Looking for another one....

What a difference! My OnePlus 6T was always making calls or changes when I put it in my pocket. This app has completely stopped that. I am still trying to figure out how best to configure it. Yes, the screen goes off when I don't want it to, simply because my hand covered the sensor, but it's easy to get it back on.

nice app & works as advertised. the timer may not be working. set to 5 sec but when tipped 180° shut off immediately but that's not a big deal. WISH it had an option to turn off when phone just flipped over.

Part of the feature stops working. The proximity sensor on/off. I wrote to the developer to notify and i also recommended a solution. There is only an automated response and zero follow up. I can't recommend this app due to this.

This is extremely inconsistent in working or not working at all. Is there any reason why the app has not been updated over the last two years? I tried to get a refund, but because of convoluted install process, it didn't work so now I am stuck with it. DO NOT BUY THIS PLEASE! Test it first and you will see that it doesn't work consistently at all. Sigh... :(

I purchased the pro version for my Honor 20i mobile phone. I am unable to see the floating popup. In the smart screen on/off (Auto) version floating popup is seen but it can not turn on the screen; adds continue to be present.

I purchased the upgraded version, worked great until recently. Ads like crazy. Every time I open my phone, my screen opens with full page ads from popular SELLING sites which are killing my battery. I'm out!

Works well. Phone turns on/off when I open the case, which is all I wanted. Ads in the free version are very disruptive, worth paying for. Thank you.

Hi luu tinh. I bought this pro version and installed it. Galaxy s9 plus. Enabled all it asked me to do. But a double doesn't work at all. I emailed to you too. You replied that you would correct this with a update. But untill now no improvement or an update. Why do we pay for your app?

Basics are ok . Problems are. I can't change wall paper Shortcut on screen to switch off is not working. Even the pop up doesn't disable in landscape mode.

Absolute waste of time. Even with the Pro version I was still getting very intrusive adverts and having to reinstall the app almost every day. Total rubbish

Didn't work for me. The free version double tap worked but ads appeared everytime. The pro version double tap would not work at all after all permission activations were executed.

I bought the pro version because i loved the lite one. Ads were disprutive and that's why i bought it. The double tap feature is not working though the others are. Please fix

Don't buy. Doesn't work. I've tried it on AT&T Calypso and Moto G Stylus. Fails on both. I rarely give a one-star review, but this app deserves it.

this app is not working well in my device. it always asks to activate theme (?) from xiaomi, but after set them the screen stay on. even i reboot the device for many times. it's annoying

Ok. For me it was the new biometric fix that made the app stop working. I've enabled it and now it is working again, but no notification is showing

Its a great app, the only thing it needs the option double tap to On not just Off. Hopefully the dev will find this review and maybe add the feature for another dollar?! Ill be happy to give it up.

Today I purchased Smart Screen on/off Pro from you, everything is great except one auto adoptive brightness on Samsung Note 8 with this app don't work. I need manual adapt brightness 😔 because if is on auto screen i to dark. Is it possible to fix this 😁. Thanks

App seemed like what I needed except it has one major issue in my opinion. It won't allow me to unlock my phone with the fingerprint scanner anymore

app did what it said but unfortunately my phone started acting strangely after I installed it and then it was is a MAJOR PAIN to uninstall. $2 down the drain cuz I won't reinstall it.

Normally this app performs flawlessly but after the last update it's not performing correctly. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I miss it not working properly.

Great app, I can wake my smartphone using proximity sensor, but I can't figure out, how to create shortcut for turning off

Update - I uninstalled the app & reinstalled it today, it works much better, as advertised.

free app works fine on Htc Desire 12 and Htc U12+. bought the app and the paid one doesn't work anymore. display remains closed. any solution? orherwise i will make a refund and stay on free app

I have no idea how to get it run on my Nokia 8. I hit the app icon and the settings come up but there's no way for me to screen off. Please advise how. Tks.

Works great however it overrides my password and makes me unable to use biometrics even though I have the option enabled in the app itself

Quite works ,but need improvement. Overall really helpful
