Started using since 2020, reload credit swiftly without any problem, pay parking no issue if internet ok. With the most recent update Mar'22, you can't reload anymore. The error message is "credit transfer is disabled for upgrading work", it never recovered, perpetually upgrading. I contacted support, n he said download flexi parking to reload, use same user Id, password. Literally they can't solve problem. Why do I require to download another app just to support reload, seriously are u a robot?
Been working okay enough. This is the most convenient way to pay parking. And not with those machines or stupid coupons. Easy to prove payment, from the History, should some warden issue a parking summons.
Parking in Selangor have always been a nightmare, and not forgetting the parking machines on the street doesn't work most of the time, and the paper parking coupons! Thank you to the team that made this app happened! Just hope that the instructions on app can be improved, it should be more intuitive, like a button that literally says "Pay Parking", wanted to pay parking just now but had to test a few buttons. Great effort nonetheless
It is rediculous to have none centralized parking system for every states in Malaysia. I can't be having to installed like 11 to 13 different parking apps and retain credit values in each apps. Simply rediculous. Make it centralized and I give 5 stars.
This stupid app just can't detect wifi or data. All my app is functional with data, only this apps not detect data on my phone. How suppose we pay for parking if your apps doesnt work properly?
Can I know what happened to the app? It keeps crashing now. Cannot even launch the app at all.
Getting better now. But still need to improve. For example, can add an alarm to notify user that parking time is about to expire.
App minimum requirement to use is phone number, dob, email and ic but still extort minimum RM10 if want to pay parking. You have to use phone touchscreen to locate area that you park. Thanks for blocking TouchnGo parking service and removing coin slot machine to pay to. Can you hire me to work? Seems like working with MPSJ is easy.
good app for me to pay parking, easy to use, no need to waste time to buy parking ticket.
I totally dislike your reload function neither eWallet or Credit card methods. Both taken too much time to money transfer and why? Your system seem to hang and not the banks. Very irritating if this problem still occur in the coming March 2022 where everyone have to use your apps.
This is a useful parking ticket application. Now it is convenient and easy to pay parking tickets without having to scramble looking for parking ticket booth or buying coupons. I have a lot expired parking coupons which weren't utilised..! And there's also convenient option of toping-up credit with credit cards and ease of registering it. Another good feature is able to register multiple car registration numbers.. Should collaborate with other states local authorities under one application.
It still won't run without Google Play Services. Please help.

Good app, save the hassle of buying and scratching parking tickets. Would be nice if we would print a summary report for selected period instead of wasting paper printing every single parking ticket
Very poor app interface. When signing up, the sign up button overlaps the space to fill for birth date. Credit topup would not proceed to fpx page.
Very bad as the parking receipts are not emailed to the verified email address upon request for official receipt. Very inconvenient as it doesn't show parking history.
First impression of this app is lousy.... I'm a new user during registration it keep prompting me key in DOB but can't find it in anywhere in the screen to fill it.
After the latest update, kept getting error. The choose municipal page just wouldn't. I had to reinstall everytime for it to work, even at times doing this wouldn't work at all. Its difficult to look for a shop that still sells coupons around PJ area. Highly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
Overall the application is GOOD. As for the advertisement at the bottom section, it is overlapped with the Application messages and I found it difficult to read. Suggest Admin to elimate the advertisement altogether or locate either of them separately so that messages can be easily read. Quite irritating not able to read there. Tq
The best public parking app in Selangor, regardless of district. The best feature is when they send in SMS to tell you the parking time will end soon or if your car got compounded. Can even pay using the parking kredit, awesome. Even the app now has less mandatory update frequency than before, well done. In some of the reviews, some users did not know that the parking need to be paid up front instead of at the end of parking, not like shopping malls.
With this app being compulsory I think there is a big flaw in design. You should allow the function to top up as needed for those who rarely park using this app. For example only pay 60 sen on places that require 60 sen/h. Min RM10 top up is too much. I can't even finish the RM6 coupon even after using it for 3 years and now with this rm10 how many year only could use up the credit. This is also convenient for those who come from other states as they only need to pay the amount as needed.
