Smart Smile App

Very easy to use app. I actually downloaded the Invisalign app too, to see which one works better for me. I didn't like the other app asking for fingerprint or PIN every time I opened it. I like this one more. I'd have given Smart Smile 5 stars if I could see how much time I have left in the day that I can be without the aligners. Maybe add an optional warning feature too? (e.g., the user can set a notification for when they have x amount of time left in their quota for the day)

Great App! Great Customer Service! Got some problem when signing up, I contacted the support and Grace was very fast and persistent to help me create my account and treatment plan. App was indeed very helpful and full of benefits! I wonder if the app has its own sound alarm where volume can be adjusted as well.

it's a good app but there seems to be a glitch on the "dashboard" part. I started my treatment this month (early october) and the month view for october is blank while november is full of the green and white dots symbolizing when I switch aligners. also I dont like that the timers reset if you're using them and they go over the allotted time, I wish it showed how much I went over by (for example showing that I went over my hour by 20 minutes instead of resetting)

A lot if timer malfunctions. which is the whole point of the app. Miscounted, misread, and glitched. There were several days showing me at only 18 hours or so of wear time and I had only removed my aligners 2 times for approx 30-45 minutes each. Will also have the timer set for "16 remaining hours" at like 3pm which makes no sense at all.

This app has been the most useful compared to the others. Only issue is the timer. I have the settings to wear the aligners 20hrs a day but when I've worn the aligners for 18hrs it says I have 4hrs left instead of 2hrs. Not sure what the problem is but other than that the app is great.

This App is just amazingly helpful! It even suggests helpful products to maintain your dental hygiene. I wish you add some sound that could be adjusted volume wise. Overall App was great!

Like this app. Lets you choose photos from storage. Editing dates could be more simple & alarm settings could be a lot better because i never hear the alarm so i always miss time but i still like this app

Smart Smile App is great and better than any other app. How i wish I knew it from the beginning since I always forgot to wear my aligner back in. It would be better with its own sound for alarm notification. I love the app. -Denver Logan

Hard to set up. Couldn't select a treatment start day. Also could not easily enter phone number for my doctor. Numbers kept getting jumbled. Had to resort to cutting and pasting the number from their website.

Good app, quick start, however sometimes the clock glitches in calculating the time remaining. Also there should be a view for the day to show how many hours the aligners have been removed for.

Nothing more than a timer. No knowledge of human nature and motivation. 'Goal failed' it tells me if I miss the recommended time by 5 minutes. Nothing else, just that I 'failed'. thanks but no thanks.

I was really excited to get this app, unfortunately I can't even register to use the app, it sent me my verification code, I typed it in and it told me the code was incorrect and now that my phone number has "already been registered" I can't even use the app.

Downloaded the app. Facebook login log was not aval. Security issues. I was stupid and tried Google log in same issue. I am now trying to figure out how to warn goggle gameplay . Your not really a "inappropriate" website. I would hate to do that to you if you're innocent... So not "yet" anyway, Would have loved if this was legit.

I was actually hoping to use this app but it wouldn't let me log in with my Google account, just kept giving me errors and I didn't fell like going through a whole sign in process so I just deleted it🤷🏽‍♂️

Wouldn't work for me. The app downloaded fine but when I received my verification code upon trying to registerI immediately entered it and I received an error back saying the code expired.

At last! I can add time manually now! This app is just awesome, they truly hear what the patient wants and needs. The best app for Invisalign users.

I really like this app it helps me alot to remember to change my aliners and to let me know that i did my 22 hours a day.

Installed, tried to register, told me the server was busy and I couldn't register but to try again later.

It wouldn't let me put in all my dates and times and was really confusing to operate

I tried to set up, but it wouldnt take the verification code it gave me. And it kept going out on me.

Don't give the option to create account using Gmail if forcing to create account anyway. Uninstalled immediately

somtime i forget to resume the timer after i wear them back..need to solve this only issue but its major
