My friend Gave me a movie which was made in japan but dubbed in English and it was laggy so I uesd this app this app made this very smooth but the language changed to japanese ... how ?

Data havesting
I didn't even get to run it as it wanted too many permissions. Why does a video editing program need GPS access.
