For current members of TheRestaurantExpert.com, put managing your restaurant’s labor hours and dollars at your fingertips. SMART Systems Pro Labor application is part of the only software developed specifically for independent restaurant owners. Use it to quickly and easily communicate with restaurant team members. Owners and managers can use it to review the restaurant’s labor numbers, check schedules and send texts or emails to staff about schedule changes, available shifts and other important information. Team members can exchange, pick up or give up shifts on the app and a manager can approve them via the app. Schedules and the employee list automatically update once a manager approves. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a standalone app and only works if you are a member of TheRestaurantExpert.com and have SMART Systems Pro operating in your restaurant.

Shift covering or swapping does not work, nobody in our store can get it to work and it's been this way since we started using it (several months ago). Messaging is useful for finding people to cover shifts but management has to do our trades in store since the app doesn't work.

it closes every tine i try to use the menu. i can only see the current weeks schedule. sent feedback multiple timrst but no response

I like that my managers and employees each have tools they can use to update their availability, see their current schedule and even send messages right from their phones.

Well the website is free for employees, but is absolutely terrible, so you end up paying 5$ for this app. Which navigates alot faster and easier but there is a twist. It never works. Every update just ruins it even more.
