I want to know any time difference between my connected cell tower vs more accurate NTP sources, because AT&T forces time (if un-rooted) per its tower. This simple app displays any delta perfectly. Works fine (un-rooted) on my S22 Ultra.
Awesome app! I do have one suggestion or request: Is there is any way for the app to autocorrect for any gps timing lag/drift (from hardware, etc. issues) like stand-alone dedicated GPS master clocks do so that the time won't have any fraction of second delay? Just curious if this could be implemented on android. Thanks for a great app! 👍
Great app but has one annoying feature: the time offset is the wrong way round. So if the phone's time (device) is fast compared with network time (source) then a minus offset is displayed rather than a positive one. It must be very easy to fix this error.
Strange. My Dolamee device running Android 6.0.1 was off by 58 minutes no matter what I tried. so I downloaded this app which could recognize thw time was off but couldn't correct the time even though it was given root access. Same was true for another app in Play Store so I resorted to ClockSync which I couldn't find in Play Store and it worked.
It shows the actual time from an ntp server and it shows the system time but it does not sync the latter to the former when I hit the sync button. In short, it does not work. My device is rooted.
The link to get the pro version doesn't go anywhere. There is also some issue here. People don't bother to root phone just because they are keen to get paid app. In fact it is because they think rooting phone will give some opportunity to get some free stuff, at the risk of bricking their phone. For this reason I have stop rooting phone because it is not save to root the new phone model. It will be better to pay for some app if it is safer to use, rather than get free app but the phone may brick
It doesn't correct the system time when pressing the sync button. The app is granted root access.
Fantastic app. I use it in conjunction with the wwvb emulator app to sync my atomic watch within 25 ms accuracy. Wow!
Good little app, does what it says. Required a little permissions configuration to get the sync working.
The watch is a good value for the price. The screens are easy to navigate and set up. I look forward to using this regularly.
omg, a miracle. it fixed time I have a old phone, there was no way to fix the time because the settings are blocked and there's no phone network.
Keeps crashing when trying to sync. Android 11.
Very, very clever little app, well done to the Devs for this. Would love to see anything else they have in the works.
Shows both gps and ntps time, but older Android version app
I wa struggling to keep the clock uptodate on my tab. This is very useful. God bless you.
Makes it easy to manually sync time if you're not rooted
Interesting. But syncing stopped working after a few times...
Just beeping.....and it don't sync like the app ClockSync.. apparently can't find it..
Constant crashing/exit without reason or error being shown. Useless
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Clock would be always .44 secs off program solved it as if by magic.
Couldn't synchronise automaticly but had a good manual option
Time sync does not work (root granted) Other functions work fine.
Needs root to sync on auto ! Else a good app.
Good app for sync time when your time system is broken.
Great app Completed the issue of the time easily
Good solution . A pity i cant get it to sync my phone. I may root my phone.
Finally figured out why my phone time stayed off by 3 minutes. FIXED!
I wish we could see atomic time and the phone's time setting function simultaneously. This would make it easier to set the time manually, instead of waiting to hear the tone. (How can deaf people use this app if not rooted?). Also, I wish the atomic time display was in a larger typeface so I could see it more easily from a distance when setting the time on other devices.
