Smart Tools : Compass, Calculator, Ruler, Bar Code

Too many big ads popping up, no mortgage calculator, no guitar tuner, and the basic maths calculator is just that, ie basic. It would have also been good if I'd have been able to record the piano as a midi file; this is something I would have paticularly enjoyed doing. But alas, it was not possible. Having said that, I liked the text to speech function; it seemed to work very well. On top of this, the app is very easy to use and navigate. To avoid ads it could be worth purchasing the pro version; but I've already read one reviewer's comments that ads still appear after purchase, which has frankly put off. Indeed, though not with this app, I've had similar experiences. Would certainty like reassurance from developers that this wouldn't be the case; plus that the app will continue to be updated with further tools, like some of the ones I mention above. Hope this is useful.

~ Greetings ~ Just installed this app and I found a few discrepancies. 01 - I live in the Mountain Time Zone, yet it states I'm in Central (however) this can be caused by the proximity of being close to the CST area which is very close (about 35mi) so I can understand this issue. 02 - I found that there's no DST setting to set the time zone correctly, so everything is slightly off (unless) its dependant on the mobiles setting for this (however) my mobile time settings are correct. 03 - The BMI is completely wrong, out of curiosity I entered an age of 60 at 165lbs, it states that I'm - "morbidly obese" - (however) when I checked the weight at a lower rating (95lbs) it still says - "morbidly obese" - everything seems to be working well . . . 04 - (although) I did upgrade to the PRO version, I noticed that I encountered a few adverts for games and some - "popup adverts" - not a great issue, but PRO should eliminant all adverts. ~ If these issues are fixed then this is an app that replaces those others that have allot of excess (and) useless junk items in the so-called smart-tools. - PLEASE FIX and the rating will go to 5 *****

Lot of tools. Lot of fun. But I tried everything only when I installed. After that the app was idle; may be i dont think of this app when i need certain tools like calculator, audio recorder, etc but the inbuilt ones. The other tools are just to play with and for fun only. But I like your UI design. That's great

Excellent app! Hard to think what else may be added. However, i have found one small bug that i hope you can fix. In number conversion from plain numbers to roman numerals numbers start at 0 but roman numerals start at 1. Not a big deal, but annoying. Not enough to influence the rating.

Update: I emailed the developer 8 days ago asking where's the missing Speedometer, got no reply. Deducting a star. // Very nice app, beautiful UI. It would be great if I could pin my "Favorites" tools at the top for quicker access. Not bug-free yet, some areas look half-finished (misspellings, formatting errors, or are flat out inaccurate). Description says it's got Speedometer but it doesn't.

Most tools have .minimal function and not practical. Some are hard to navigate. The world time zones are inaccurate and incomplete without including obvious major cities or countries, especially areas where American military might be stationed. I liked the compass, the calculator is ok, but very basic. A waste of my .99 plus tax.

This would have been a great app if some of its bugs were fixed. I really love its best collection of unit converters, science tools, text converter and equation solving capabilities. The issue are that Barcode scanner is freezing on launch, currency converter isn't getting updated. Aspect ratio converter is also not working.

you are not able to save certain times in time zones, and if you are interested in only several particular places, you always have to search them over and over again every time. in notepad, you are not able to delete the notes and delete button is worthless.

Very useful set of tools. Appreciate the simplicity and usability. Suggestion: There are too many tools inside, if there's an easy way to arrange the tools per our requirement & to hide unused ones will make the interface much cleaner. Say a 'Favourite' selection would be helpful.

Lacking! I wanted to see if their mirror and magnifier were better than what I had. It claimed there was a mirror but I never found it. The magnifier requires access to your camera and photos! NO! It's layout is jumbled and they tell you after you download that you'll have to PAY to get rid of ADS and PAY for PREMIUM content (they don't say what is/isn't premium). There are things on here you'll never use in a lifetime. I would really like to have my old Swiss Army Knife app back!

I can't figure out how to use the bar code scanner. I get to code retrieved-and then what???? Also there are no built in instructions on how to use the different functions. And The most useful tool is missing! Lacks a simple magnifying glass. I have the paid premium version and am very disappointed. Unless I spend a huge amount of time trying to figure out how to use a simple bar code scanner I will be uninstalling this app.

Very useful in lots of situations. Some of the tools are a little shallow in the sense that they're not super interactive, but others are very interactive. Just depends on which you're using. Amazing value for a free app.

Seems like a good app with a lot of options. But I mainly wanted this for QR code scanning. It scans QR code and then tells the link of code but there is no option to go to that link or copy that link. Its annoying. Also the app doesn't have men's shoe size

If I could place some of the tools on the main screen or in the notifications shortcuts, it would be amazing. I noticed yahoo finance has that in the notification bar. A small quick access button for price alerts. Why not a small button for compass or audio recorder?

Lots of tools in one place. Let down by the fact that the first one you see - the compass- doesn't work. I have a separate compass app that does (which I was hoping to be able to delete) so it isn't the phone.

My Google search for most of the calculation and unit conversion has ended here. On top of that, phone's basic activities like flash light, calculator and compass is also available on this app. No need to scroll and search different apps for different activities.

This app has tools you never knew you needed!! I love it for that and its thoughtful overall design. The simple and orderly UI looks great and works well, save for a few bugs.

I...LOVE...this...APP! Seriously! It has things on it that I can almost guarantee 100% that at least one of them will make you wonder, "You can do that? On MY phone?!" And you will want to create a shortcut to this app, because once you realize ALL the things you can do, then you— unless you lack curiosity entirely—will be using it for everything possible...and maybe even the impossible! Yeah, the app is really THAT versatile and THAT awesome! No, I didn't get paid to say this. You will see...

Nice variety of tools. I even got the PRO version. However the on the numbers chart there are a few things incorrect. Under the Roman numbers conversion, the name is misspelled ( ROMAN) and all of the numbers are off by 1.

I'm not into this kind of app, but Smart Tool is amazing. Go Premium, 1$ for full feature is worth it for me. People complaining about the lack of instructions, maybe you can add an instruction page? All tools are working fine (Redmi Note 4), don't rush new contents, quality over quantity.

Very wide range of functions. I couldn't find the dark theme, timer or a list of premium features.

I downloaded the app for the compass but fell in love all the other tools. I tried all of them and they work great. Unfortunately the reason I downloaded the compass I am afraid does not work. Now if they could fix the compass so it actually worked then I would give the highest rating.

Everything in one place lots more than I thought it would be there are things in this app that I hadn't even thought about downloading. This is fast and very useful I am just about to buy it after just one use its fully loaded thanks for such a great app. I don't normally leave feedback like this but we'll done to the people that put this together

Very good app But I thought of uninstalling this app today Because I have seen an application ‘All-in-one CALCULATOR’ from ‘Mindbox’ It includes all the types of calculators but your tools are relaxing and amazing like piano So I will keep both But I do suggest that you should include all those calculator types in this app .If you make an update which includes all those calculators it'll be very beneficial and useful app for us.🙏

This is a very good App. It is recommended by Computer Active. Loads of Tools you can use. Very easy to skip from one tool to the other. An app for any age group.

Most of the stuff on here is not practically useful considering the most useful features come standard on your phone already however there are some randoms that are a lot of fun been messing with the dog whistle and its driving my little man crazy lol

One of the most complete toolboxes in all software seen You could say, I've thoroughly reviewed all the applications with this adjective.

A lot of the resources seem to just be tables. I could get that from a book. everything calculator is a much better resource for conversions.
