Lots of time dA resend the otp on alternet no. Option but costmor do not recive the otp. Please improve quality... Because sending of otp and not receiveing the costmor. Costmor has penic and never sign n seal the drs copy. Very time is waste.
Whoever is developing this, try to use simple words and not coding like language while designing the UI of the app. I got this while trying to take consignments online. "Is COD/FOD true?" Do you think normal people would understand this.?
When I tap the delivered button. It keeps on refresh causing me to tap delivered like 10 times just for one parcel. At the same time causing the customer to sign and take picture of them for 10 times. Please improve this. Please. I have 50 parcel to deliver. But each parcel i need to spend 10 minutes to make sure the item already delivered in the system.
I could complete the delivery process, it works well upto photo capture, after that when i select tick button it have to show save button but it refreshes automatically and can't proceed further. Need more optimization and improvement which works smoothly on latest updates of mobile phones
I'm using this app only because i am forced to do it. It's filled with bugs. Their server crashes frequently which causes a lot of troubles. If you are thinking about giving them any contracts... Please rethink about it. There are many better options.
Very furstating app asking images so many time automatically logout then again login...very bad performance at all not recommended

Worst app ever...It is stucked in most of the times . Mainly while entering the details.. Always showing home page rather than updation. Can't access easily and lots of waste of time.
Pathetic app always full of bugs ,lot of time is wasted in updating POD ,always hang while capturing picture and app is forced closed .
It's very bad experience with this app. Sometimes it will work like insane person. Once all the shipments updated by the user, again it will show pending.
Lack of slowness nd all the time showing timeout
Working of this app is not that gud. Optimization is very poor. I had updated this app on 29.06.2021. But then also, the app is asking for updation from last 2 days. No other app asks for update right after the current updation . company need to fix this soon. This creates lot of chaos while working.
This app was very worst.... During booking of consignment it ask to enter details but refreshes many more time... It takes much more time to book one consignment.

I am unable to update consignments, because ever time app close automatically, I had tried 23 times till not updated, I have faced this type of issue last 2 months, plz solve this issue asap.
Daily there's an update option on the app. But the update isn't showing in the play store. Can't open the app now. Please help.
Very bad app it's not working currently. Updated delivery drs in app app open and automatically colesd and camera stuck in off on hours .in really very bad . Daily problem this App .

Very worst service, took too much time to update delivery or undelivered or booking Every day need logout and again to get the fresh update 😤😤😇😇 every single minute are very important in our service but this smart take too much time to update the shipment status
All the time it has to force refresh to synch the data. There is always one or more file synchronization pending before force refresh. Did not get all the shipmets which are get FDM. Also you can not add any shipment manually without barcode. Kindly update all the changes so that it will be flexible and reliable to use.
