It works but the app has alot of ads that removes 1 star then when u play it lags alot and dosent really work properly (as expected it it to do based on the descrepition's) and that Point is very dissapointing and does not add to my satisfaction so I remove two (2) stars. Three (3) remain stars rating for this app
I've been using this App for several months. I can say it's the Best App ever. Although, currently am trying to connect but it keeps on trying to Authenticate and it doesn't connect...
After I paid 1 month of subscription, it only said 'unable to become VIP due to validation failure' and it charged my card even it failed. Give me my money back!
It is a bad app don't install it will work for few days and after you'll just wach ads and when you call it will close automatically after few seconds after every time you activate it
So far doing well but Two problems that is slow to start opening it and so many advertisements keep interrupting even when disconnecting

Haven't had this app long but it does serve it's purpose I would have given this app a five star rating but at times it has disconnected which is disappointing but otherwise it's quick to connect keeping you protected.
It was good at the start by but if I connect and make a call ,just 10 seconds then it goes off though my my network is strong, please what can I do
Been using this for several months. Ads keep on interrupting whatsapp video connection. The video disappears and needs to reconnect. I don't mind ads, as it's their revenue source. But at least make it less intrusive and disruptive. Updated to the latest version today. Connection became slow and images not loading properly. UNINSTALLING this now.
Just want to share my kind regards: Smart VPN has been the BEST free VPN service I've ever tried thus far. It does exactly what it promises, WITHOUT the degrade in service (as most "free" VPNs would have it), and WITHOUT bombarding you with ads here and there — to the point you can no longer use the service you signed up for in the first place. It was best vpn. I use this vpn from long time but now it's doesn't work I don't know why. Please fix this problem why it's not working now.

The best so far! It reconnects automatically when you get back the right data connection, doesn't disconnect anyhow as long you have data. Doesn't over consume your data. As a Ugandan where you have to pay for OTT to access social media sites, smart VPN comes in handy, I highly recommend it, you won't need OTT subscriptions and your internet will run at the same speed.

It's amazing the best free VPN ever! There is just one problem... Its not rly a problem because all vps have the same problem, When u try to connect, it takes SO long to connect. I have found a way to fix it though, u download a vpn names for family VPN then u turn it on then off and go to smart VPN and it connects in a slipt second! I'm exited to try the new update :3 I will explain in more detail :) So when u open the vpn it takes soooooo long to open and its unbelievable!
The app is good sometimes and sometimes it getting disconnect you will not be able to use it for the rest of the day
It works perfectly. It never disconnects like other VPNs and it hides IPs properly. It has no offensive ads. However, I don't know if it totally prevents DNS Leaks on the side of the ISPs, though I experimented it a bit and it showed no leak.
is not working, it shows connected but actually doesn't work. also when i make a connection test will keep loading even though it shows connected . sometime I had to open another vpn in order to open this one but this way also rarerly working...Oh..u can't even write the bugs prob on the app itself..it won't let u send the report

It works, it's free, it's kind of fast, but a little bit annoying how the app opens up on it's on while ur browsing the internet just to show u an ad (which you can totally skip the though) every 10 minutes or so.
It's very useful to me but this app need to some changes. They are lot of adds are coming and the most important think is the clarity of calls. And i get some treble because of the connectivity. Then everything is fine

I switched to Super VPV because U VPN no longer has the USA server. They are both excellent and from the same developer. One bug is that I pick USA and end up in France?!!
