Version: 0.1.E.1.6. When playing music on my Xperia ZL then listening to visual voicemail or taking a call the music doesn't pause like it does with my MW600 or SBH52. The music continues to play loudly over the external speaker of my Xperia ZL. This is a huge issue in an office environment. The volume is even muted on the phone. This makes it unusable. Please fix.

hey hi .. this is not working on motorola g ... is there a firmware to upgarde or downgrade as this dont show me the time/caller name/text to read this devise for the price we get must have proper also there is a break for a few seconds on sound both bluetooth and sd card. if u help me sort i give u a good rating....

I have purchased this device since 2 years but no any update receive also so many bugs. When I am talking with someone and receive a call in waiting and 1st call is mute for 2sec also when two Mobil connect or configured automatically call rejected. Please provide solutions for same. Awaitied for your reply. yet issue not resolve.

Downloaded the latest app today, the firmware upload will freeze on connecting state and times out. Previous firmware is always disconnecting and triggers pairing request with my galaxy nexus every single time... crazy. Don't bother with this unless your are very fault tolerant with tech...

This Bluetooth headset allows you to make calls from your recent call list, and will pause your music if you're using your phone as a player, then resume once the call has ended (it won't pause if you're using a Walkman, which is what I use). It will read incoming text messages and calendar notifications for you as well so no need to fumble about with your phone, especially in winter when it's in your pocket. Great little device, plus the added benefit of having an external SD (micro) slot which is invaluable.

The device is very good at battery backup and sound clarity and spilproof. And there is a problem with APP. I am using Samsung galaxy A7 and LG Pro. In both devices the app does not visible (i was trying to make changes in settings). I am unable to find notifications in the swvice and contact name (only numbets are visible) Hope you will solve it or help us for a solution. With it I can give a five star

It has connection problem with 4.3 updates on several phones. The call audio connection keeps getting dropped. You canreceive the call but, audio would not have beentransferred to headset. Media audio disconnection issue still persists. If sony gives a statement that it would not support this not so cheap once wonderful gadget any further, we can move on. But they have forgotten this device. Give some statement sony. Or are they trying to get one star from all those who own this headset before fixing.

I always pair this device with two phones(samsung galaxy s2 and galaxy s4) for blue tooth calls it works well. The small issue is that sometimes when I get a call from one phone, the second one will unpair. Please fix this coz SONY is in my heart, it stuns.

Why Sony decided to shoot itself in the foot time and again by pairing top notch hardware with half baked software is beyond me. Is it really that hard to get good software engineers? So many bugs, I don't even know where to start, and I'm using an Xperia with it! I can't imagine what other brands have to endure.

First time leaving a review. Just had to say something. Had trouble with stuttering BT connection and issue with having to confirm passkey - every-single-f'ing time... thought my phone had problem. Just discovered I am not alone. Nevermind the disappointing audio quality on the built in mp3 player, nevermind the simply annoying big dumb button that does nothing but accept calls, I just want a software that matches the price. I am hoping at least a fix will be out for current software. Fat chance for S4?

I do not know what happen but everything are fine now with the device. Thanks I have bought this devise and paid a lot and it was working well on my old Galaxy Note 2. And after I bought my galaxy grand 2 and installed this application I couldn't find it in the applications menu !! And the all the plugins doesn't work. And I found that it is a common problem with the users and SONY simply neglecting all these feedbacks.

This is the among the more expensive bluetooth headsets of this type. It's also among the most feature rich. So please...can someone explain to me how in the world the action button (the one that you single click to answer or disconnect a call) can not be used to activate a voice command? I was just assuming that it could be setup to long press the button and have it fire up google now, to where I could say, "Text message John Smith Hey I am stuck in traffic, I will be there as soon as I can!" or something like that. I have two other headsets of this type, and both of them do this. And I bought them 2 years ago!

I paried the headset pro with PC and the sound is not in sync, the audio is choppy and doesnt play at all, in earlier versions it was fine, please fix this.

I'm with Abdul. I have trouble getting my Sony Bluetooth to answers calls, allows me to use it for a call, or switch to it during a call. It didn't do this at first. I got a LG Tone Ultra Bluetooth. It answers calls, allows me to talk shortly, then it looses connection. If I turn the Bluetooth 'icon' on/off on the call panel, it (LG) picks the connection back up. I have the exact Sony Bluetooth's Abdul has. I have 3 Sony's. Could it be an update done to an apps? IT'S A GREAT BLUETOOTH FOR MUSIC.

The media audio from my sony xperia Ray and J is not automatically connected, I have to select the phone on the music menu on the headset. It bothers me because when I'm listening to the radio I can't hear the voice instructions of my navigation app. Also when I check th ebloototh device menu on the phone it has a tick on the phone and the audio and writes undrer it "no media". This happened after an update, I don't remember which exactly. Any thoughts on that?

new problem arises. playback stutter and fast forwarded. max volume when phone call only 2 bar. what a low volume. i'm on 5.1.1

The Bluetooth audio quits working completely and the only resolution is a factory reset of the headset, unpairing,and then uninstall this software and start over again. Android 4.3. Sony your software is broken, step up to the plate and fix it then test it with your own devices.

No fixes? You just release the new updated hardware and leaving us with buggy hardware? If not call back, at least try to give some exchange option to get new model for those with stupid old flawed hardware. Will Never ever buy Sony product. Arogancy at its best

Talk to speech is not working as it should. And when trying to enter settings for it the app crashes. Have reported this issue on three different phones several times during the last 12 months with absolutely NO response at all.

Used to work perfectly on my galaxy s3, but now on my galaxy S5 is just like a basic Bluetooth connected. Please fix.

Last update did more harm than good. Sound is interrupted every time. A second problem with the logs. When do you call a phone from log list, does not work call confirmation button. I hope to fix the problem as quickly.

Does not detect Galaxy Note GT-N8000 and when I download it, nothing appear in my application drawer. Also I cannot connect Wireless Headset to my computer for software update! I am completely disappointed with all SONY products. waste of time and money!
