Going to uninstall It's the buggiest app ever. I thought what a great tool for us older folks, but it doesn't take updates like the add a pet and add a household member additions. A blank page displays on the How it Works page, not worth the frustration and time I've spent trying to populate profile pages.

Major weather coming. I remember I have this app. I go to ensure its up to date and it won't stop freezing up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and done all I know to do. As soon as you tell it to use your location at all times it instantly freezes up. Can not get it to work at all now.

used to be pretty good- now CodeRed/Smart 911 is all "LookOut!" ? I find out on the news? the company didn't send anything? and I'm getting alerts for nothing near me (yes I have checked my location radius!) and I can't delete the alert/ msgs?! Do I need to delete app and re-install? oy! I live in High Wildfire area. Not "stay indoors- police activity due to armed person activity"..

I really enjoy this app. Being able to add as much emergency information as needed in an app linked to emergency responders or law enforcement makes me feel more comfortable.

Crashes after allowing location. Probably not Android friendly as it works on my wife's IPHONE just fine.

Edit: They sent out an update that allowed you to zoom out. It works. The only issue is my photos are oriented wrong. When given the option to upload a picture it tells you that you have to "pan and zoom in" however it doesnt let you. So instead you are left with a big blurry block and no actual recognizable facial features. That is a big flaw and defeats the purpose. So the app loses major points for that. Otherwise its fairly well put together and makes me feel confident with calling 911.

Update... there was an update and it is working as expected now the only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because I haven't been able to see how well the notification aspect works. The app is frozen on the keep safe and connected wherever you are pop up and you can't get passed it, have uninstalled and reinstalled and it stops at the same spot, can not use it at all.

I created my login from their Web site and now I can't sign in via the app. Love that! 🙃

It crashes if i clicked on numbers like numbers that show more then on alerts in the area. If i clicked on individual one it's doesn't crash.

It won't allow me to update my pictures on the new dog I just added it won't allow me to update my profile pics from not having one to having one.

Just installed , everytime I go to add picture it logs me out same problem when add picture/info for other members Please help and fix

I like what this app offers, but let's be honest, the app is garbage. It's clunky, slow, confusing to navigate, and overall has a terrible user experience. Every tab seems to be coded and implemented in a different way. I can only imagine the horrors the codebase contains.

No option to add Canadian address even though my city is advertising this app

Literally too buggy to use. App sends a confirmation text every time you click, so when you think it froze and keep tapping you're just spamming yourself. So unresponsive and a poor design choice. Then crashed/closed before I could enter my login information. Not going to trust an app with my emergency updates if I can't even log in without identifying a design flaw and experiencing a crash in the first 30 seconds of use.

Good concept - too many issues. I registered on the website, then downloaded app. I repeatedly received error messages about the app not recognizing my phone/device. Resubmitting the same data worked once or twice. However, I was unable to update my profile due to this issue. I've spent 30+ years in puic safety, and appreciate the potential value of this app, but in the current state its virtually useless. I'll be uninstalling this app & hope the online version works better.

This app is alright but it's slow & keeps freezing up.

Very easy to sign up, no problems signing back in to edit account. I've seen and heard of 911 calls from mobile phones going horribly wrong because of lack of information so this app makes me feel a little safer and more confident in the system!!

Nice to have but may Alert you for a not so urgent immediate issue at 3:30 AM for a weather 24 hours away.. that needs to be fixed made to flexible. Thank you!

Keeps giving me an error, saying my phone number is being used on another device and that it has been signed out, yet I can't log into this app. Smart911 is a great idea, we have an account, just wish they could get these glitches fixed for the apps. So that we can actually use it.

I installed app because I'm a healthcare worker and I understand the value of this information in the field. The password reset option is very flawed. There's a couple options to send you a code however you can't actually move away from the app to obtain that code because now you closed the window on that code. It is a pretty frustrating thingand makes it where you better write down your password because it is impossible to change.

essential, but subscription preferences don't seem to work. I did not subscribe for traffic or civic alerts but get them nonetheless, and they are a nuisance. if it keeps up, I'll drop the app, which otherwise is very helpful if not imperative.

After painstakingly completed all the details to set this up I discovered I had two app icons on my home screen so I thought I could delete one of them and I ended up uninstalling both of them. Now I have to start from scratch. Technology!@#$%^&*!!!

This is such a good idea - as someone who has medical conditions it's great the dispatchers can have access to all pertinent info before responding. It can literally mean the difference between life and death. It's a little lengthy to register but well worth the time. I would highly recommend everyone sign up with Smart 911.

I just downloaded this app on 5/16/21, but it is frozen on the location screen. No drop down menus to access either. Whatever fix you all think you put in to help this problem is not working. Is it possible that it is an issue for the android phone I use?

Download again. Still no fixes. Worse than before. Multiple errors, invalid passwords even after changed. Great idea gone wrong. Update: Smart911 reached out to yesterday and today. Even called today. Lady nice but had no tech knowledge. Had me redo everything already done. Still no answers went in circles. Why are counties trying this when people can't support their product. Now says have to be back in touch again after speaking to someone who has a Android phone. Mine a newer phone.

A major weather incident, flooding, 12 miles up the road. My radius is set to 25 miles and it did not push the 2 notifications to my phone. Actually to date I have received 0 notifications and customer service has checked all my settings. So...

Too many alerts! Non severe, then severe, etc. Became annoying quickly . I made the mistake of checking all the boxes, email, text and phone. Plus 4, 5 and 9 alerts. I need to edit and try again.

Needs another way of confirming phone number, perhaps emailing you a code or the option of an automated phone call. The text message option doesn't work for me since things like this use short code. Scammers also use short code so I had my service provider block short code. For the most part it's not a problem because other verification options are given. This is a first for me on seeing text message as the only option for confirmation.

This app, in spite of turning on location for app, stays stuck on the screen after I approved that it had my correct location on the map shown. Had to delete because it won't move past that. Almost a great app

I installed this app IMMEDIATELY after setting up my account. All my login info was still written down in front of me but I STILL got an "error-wrong info" type of message! I changed my password, just in case, and AGAIN got the error message! I'm uninstalling this app until you can figure out how to make an app that WORKS!
