Emirates ID NFC read does not work at all, tried with my ID on two phones (one iOS). I assume it's because it's the new type of ID card, in which case this is ridiculous as it's been many months since they were launched.
It's not scanning my face It's get stuck on scanning option. It's giving error server not responding internal error. What the hell is going on.?
I'm trying to create an account, but everytime it sends me OTP to my mobile and i write it down, it keeps saying "please try after some time" fix this bug please...
This is the worst system ever for scanning the documents. After scanning the documents, it keeps bringing me back to the same page and I have rescan. This keeps happening on and on. Never had such a headache while scanning my documents in any other apps. This is the worst system ever for scanning the documents. This is definitely worst banking app ever. At first I was not getting any activation mail. Then after waiting for a week, I changed my number and mail I'd to get activation mail. After that, app was not able to read my card through nfc. So, after multiple attempts, I gave up and skipped that step. After that after filling details, I got "server error, internal error" and all efforts went in vain.. Now I really don't have courage to start this process all over again. Absolutely 0 stars from me.
I can't scan the documents!!!!! I have been trying this since a Month.i went to one of your branch they said to scan through the app At least add an option to upload our files
App experience is not so good. It doesnt even show my balance and account details.. It shows like zero balance.when i click on my profile shows there is no existing account.
I don't understand this app,since 2 or 3 days now i have been trying to create an account but to no avail. Face capturing is an issue,uploading documents or capturing documents is an issue. I am very disappointed with my experience, i will better move to another bank thank keep on wasting my time just to enter my information. Firstly it was my password, they keep on telling me incorrect, i reset the password and now it is the face capturing. I am truly disappointed, please fix the issues this
I have a problem when I reach Selfie step when I press start to open its showing error and give 3 times to try again after that it's lock for 24hrs. To try again! I wait for second day also happen same issue!
Scanning is very bad and even after Scanning multiple times the processing part does not finish because the screen is just showing processing without finishing the process.
Bad experience, one month i try login but not, am very disturb bcz my money in account n application not working still
Very bad app, can't login using card number. And there is no any error message. adib must chang the company that develop this app
One of useless banking app I have ever seen And customer service don't even ask about it too much attitude will not help you And asking to much information electric bill telecom bill tenency contract which is why this app is useless for single person with company accommodation I wish I can give them less then 1 star
The app fails to sign in to the community account, although sign in successful on web. I have changed password 2 times and still no luck
I got the card 3 months back and i cannot log in to the application !!! This application is the worst app ever...
Tried to open account as current ADIB member, I got a message " Sorry ............ chat in WhatsApp so and so" , when I tried this WhatsApp I got message " you have to open account to use this chat". When I sent complaint email , they requested a screen shot for the error , when I tried to take a screen shot I got a message " cannot take screen shot due to security policy". At the end I decided to uninstall and remove the application.
Hard to scan the documents , after long time I scanned , but I can't upload the tenancy agreement it's stuck ,,, so I can't finish my applying . And the bank sending me messages everyday that remaining 4, 3, 2, 1, days to complete ur applying !!! How can I finish it ?¿?
The bank send me msg to update the document by the app but scanning not working and scan is freezing and the app keep crashing if any one read this comment move to Emirates NBD for better experience.
I am trying to open smart online account through application but i couldn't be able to open it. First NFC reader is not working than when i skip it and scan my documents. The picture can't be taken and sometimes application gets closed.. its not futher continue. Seriously i wasn't expecting this service. Need updagrade version to resolve issues
Very bad experience. I have been trying to create an account since two months. After submitting all documents got a message saying bank will contact me soon. It has been a month since that message and bank hasn't contacted even after I called and emailed 25+ times. Worst customer service.
Tried to open this account 1000 times, there is a bug in the application which they are unable to fix apparently. Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied with the way this application has been put up for such a huge institution. Also the application is not available for download on Ipad.
The app and customer service both are just TRASH! This is a total waste of time! I got my card delivered 1 week back and was told that the account will activate after 5 days through the app, but it's been over a week, I called customer service but the automated system is just stupid, it doesn't transfer my call to a customer care representative. I visited the branch also, they said it can only be done through the app. I tried the app, but it doesn't work either!
This app doesn't scan and process the documents. I wonder whether it's updated or not. I have tried multiple times to scan and process everytime it fails. I would suggest users not to waste time on this as it yeilds no result.
