It is not easy for an unknown person to guess your unique four-digit PIN. However, it is completely impossible that your phone will be used by someone with the same fingerprint.

The last update from Dec21 for home screen and navigation functions is awful. The app has lost its user friendly layout which was really outstanding compared to the competitors. Vast majority of your customers hold one single account with you so displaying current account and then debit card "account" is pointless and takes away the ability to see quickly last transactions. Time wasted on development of what makes user exp much worse! Please revert to previous version which was 1000x better.

The login process takes a long time after Pin was entered. I also miss the possibility to block funds when submitting payments which are to be executed in the future (i.e. not immediatelly).otherwise app works as expected

I really like the new app, very good modern interface. And it is relatively easy to use. Also it has monthly spending reports. I also really like the fingerprint log in method. On the downside I see there might be a problem with when you are performing transactions inside apps. For example when I try to buy credit from O2 I need to verify the transaction either with a code or with a fingerprint. Sometimes the loading screen freezes and I cannot finish the transaction.

the app access is blocked by some investment announcement, I only see a button with accept, but i am not interested on this investment, don't want to accept it! stop blocking the app with random announcements I don't even want to receive, this is spam.

The app takes forever to load, if I have fingerprint set as a default method of confirmation, it goes back to a pin after a month or two and I have to set it again. User interface is decent, better than the internet banking in the browser at least.

Editing tamplates or standing orders is what I miss. I had CZ Unicredit account as well and the newer inetrface was kinda better. Otherwise it's perfect, very easy to use. It is rare that I visit the website, only for mentioned standing orders and when I want to filter the incoming or outgoing payments for certain period.

It is annoying that everything gets saved in templates and you can not erase any of the ones you no longer use or you needed only once. This was the list is becoming long and unmanagable.

The app UI is much more better now, after the update. Account details sharing is easier, I don't have to pull the logo ball up to see the menu (which was quite annoying for me). Overall a big plus from me. Also maybe it's just my feeling, but looks like it runs better.

It's really fussy during night hours. I open it and it's on for like 3 seconds and it stops working. I tried to open it several times and it keeps freezing. It's almost always a problem if I need to do something after 10pm. And don't tell me that you do maintainance every night.

I am experiencing troubles after the update. I am not sure what is the actual issue but, when trying to access the app I got a warning saying that my phone could be rooted and would not be safe to continue. I have never activated rooting. Anyone experiencing the same?

After I type in my password, app tells me I have to create a new one because my old password is not strong enough. When I try to set a new password with all the criteria met, app throws me back to setting a new password constantly. Restart didn't work, I have had this problem for few weeks now.

App has only basic functions that are nowadays part of the standard....still missing many features like changing debit card limits....open new product via app...you get only redirected to a formular to set up a meeeting in the bank.....so overall the basics work fine, else nothing groundbreaking.

It stopped working. After I enter PIN, correct or incorrect, I am always redirected to start screen of the application. I am not able to use this app therefore I cannot confirm any online payment. Restart, reinstallation of the app or reset of the PIN did not help. I have already called Unicredit customer service twice, went to a local branch too. No one was able to fix this problem.

This app is pretty easy to use. I wish there was a way to delete or edit payment templates. Also the option to download a payment report would be amazing. I wouldnt need internet banking anymore.

Have bugs and you must me online to confirm transactions. It was so rude to ask for rating while using rhe app and I was unable to select anything elsethan 5 stars. Overall very bad experience. Probably will switch banks soon.

The new version doesn't show account number and cannot send any payment information by email. For the old version, when I accessed the Details, it will show all info such as IBAN, account number, Swift,... but now I can't find account number.

I would give 5 but when you forced me to use to different ups for the same thing it is only 4. Who designed the solution to have one app for common account and other app for business account. This is the worst solution I have ever seen. Rethink this please.
