Can never seem to login without requesting a new access code, and once I eventually login, it can never load my current plans.

Just download the app and getting an unknown error has occurred any fixes??? Update unsure if development knows but seems to a issue with the "remember me" feature when signing in, prompts error' unknown error' to resolve issue is unclick the remember me option will be able to login.

Can't get access no matter what I do and there's no one to contact about it. I'm missing out on all my employee benefits because of this defective app/website/company

In order to get an access code, the app asked me a series of questions, such as my dob, ssn, zip code. After I entered all those info, I still couldn't get the code. It says error and some of the info I entered were incorrect. I pretty sure I know what those info are. Please fix.

Bad app. Card categories do not include FLEX/HSA card . Must be listed as other. When you find (after hunting) the WageWorks "button" it takes you to the computer webpage that is in no way adapted for a phone .

Doesn't work correctly yet. Have my HR trying to figure it out. I tried again. So, not changing my review. Still not working right. 9:38p No it hasn't been resolved. It is now Wed. April 3, still not letting me have access. Help?! April 4th-finally working. Yeah, I'm impressed.

I'm not sure what happened to this app from last year but I cannot sign in with with my access code and personal information. It just keep putting me right back to the sign in screen. Annoying

"Download" on anything doesn't work, only underlines the blue word, so its good if all you want is incredibly basic info. Android, Samsung S8+.

It was doing fine, but now it keeps saying unknown error and I really hope this error is fixed really soon Edit: so if it keeps saying unknown error try updating it and it should work. Mines started working after I updated the app.

I don't know whose idea it was to make the only option for entering a birthdate be through that calendar, but I'm 36 years old and my wrist is starting to hurt from tapping and I'm only back into the 2000s.

Biometric sign in now fails because I lack credentials. It was garbage when you could log in, and now I can't even do that without jumping through ten hoops.

This app used to be wonderful and I never had problems logging on but now in 2021 it won't let me. I don't know what changed but please fix!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could because this will be my 3rd attempt to use this app to do benefit enrollment. I had support after the 1st attempt but never resolved...so look for my next one if I get in and it goes as expected 😉

Won't download my paystub to view. Says it but doesn't actually do it. Not in my downloads on phone, nor does it show up at the top of the screen. Won't download on computer either.

Can't log in. Keep getting an error. Tried to reset password to see if that would let me in and says access code is wrong or to verify my information.

Keep getting unknown error when I try to log in?? I can log into the website all day, but the app doesn't work?

Was great with my health insurance activity and set up, Once you get the hang of navigation.

This used to work and now it just says unknown error. Works on my work apple device so it isn't my information.

Useless. The app only keeps track of the info you add. My last employer's app knew my plans the moment I logged in.

It's easy to use. I like being able to get to all my benefits in one place. I haven't run into any glitches yet.

The calendar does not allow you to select your DOB, only today's date. Cannot get verfication code, cannot get it to engage with correct date of birth
