It would be nice to be able to filter with more detail like amount of stars of the hotel or nights included. Also links to official website or at least google maps (which has normally more pictures and reviews). More detail of the added voucher would be nice also.
Cannot login with the same u/p as on the web site, password recovery doesn't work from the mobile app, checks cannot be registered. And no reply from support on any of these. Stay away from this scam.
So far so good. Easy to install and scanning my voucher worked great. Some issues when changing between options (from my gift boxes to settings or help or the others) as the image trembles for a few seconds until new screen displays. Only thing not happy with is that the App stays log in, which may be a security issue, but if I log out it does not saved the email address which is tedious to write each time you want to log in. Maybe it can be look into for the app to log out after inactivity and to log in back just by writing the password.
ripp off. first, all hotels I wanted to visit outside of Spain werent bookable far in advance so planning with smartbox is poor. also, you can get a cheaper rate for the same room for far less many times booking direct with motel. I was shocked, your spending more money than you need to. Smartbox is one of the biggest consumer ripoffs around. save your money. chose where you want to go, when you want to go planning yourself. if you get smartbox as a gift dont open it, return it.
Auto scan of voucher barcode didn't work regardless of what I tried. EDIT When I went to use the voucher, the start screen showed up, showed the byline move and then quit. Had a moment of panic until i logged in to the website and retrieved the voucher.
So annoying. It just froze and never logged me in, though it did register my account. I was able to use the website, but it switched my language to french and it doesn't seem possible to switch back to German!
The app focuses on pushing you to add nights and to upgrade your box which is quite annoying. Some stuff such as the reviews seems to load but upon clicking on it you get an error.
It is slow, it rarely works corretly at the first attempt.
Very poor selection of hotels to stay at. Way over priced for what you actually get. You would be better organising it yourself and for half the price.
Can't scan or enter the voucher manually. This app had one job and it failed miserably.
Scam company that does not respond to complaints and are solely interested in you paying, so they can refuse to deliver their product. Have lost 400 euros to this company
Bad experience with this app! Impossible to input a voucher code and to connect withy login. Very useless app!
Failed...cannot log in to my account, but can on the website. Useless app, uninstalled.
Impossible to log in, Authentication error. But it works on desktop version
Does not work at all, doesnt read my code nor does it let me log into my account. Never using anything from the company again, only brought me frustration.

Can not make any selection of dates for any hotel so you can not make any reservations . Useless
The app tells me my voucher code in invalid. I tried scanning the barcode and entering the number multiple times. Stressful. You would think that voucher verification would be the one thing Smartbox makes sure is working properly on their app. What a rip-off. Never again.
