Never had any problems with the app. Great experience of buying tickets for tram and trolleys. Occasional requests to re-login were annoying, but bearable. Until, the app was replaced with other app for some reason. Why?
Great and useful app, but sometimes doesn't display the tickets I bought so I still have to buy them with cash, which is not very convenient. Nevertheless, the team tries to fix the problems if not immediately yet still quickly. Thank you
It's nice as Smart Card manager only. Hope see more features about public transport and Kyiv support in general. My suggestion: add road quality by users, add garbage status with photo, bad parking and etc. It helps do Kyiv more better and smarter.
It uses your browser for authorization. And when you open your browser again, it always opens kyivcity authorization page, and transfers you to the app. Awful.
It's horrible! I often can't log in, cause it redirects to site, or doesn't allow my creds. Also have troubles with paying - master card is not accepted
Forgot your pin code? Then you can't use the application anymore! There's no way to reset pass code via the UI! :( No answer from dev regarding same!
Absolutely atrocious! The application does not update, when deleted from phone does not install. Cannot believe this half baked application is part of half a billion effort to revolutionise the Kyiv city infrastructure
No Google pay integration. Too many clicks to buy a ticket. No multi use rechargable tickets. Tickets expire in 15 days.

Constantly logs you out and then doesn't accept correct password. Terrible app.

It's hard to imagine worse-working app. How come that with the same so-called kyivid I can see my card only in that stupid app and not in the web version?

The app often redirects to the site, it's often quite confusing in use. The card glitches and shows less rides than there really are. Also it would be awesome to have completely digital payment method for transportation, without a physical plastic card, that would follow same policy of having a discount when buying 50 rides.
