Doesn't work at all. I have galaxy s10+ the app won't find the light. I flipped the wifi switch over 10x n restarted the app and still nothing.
please update the app for better performance 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥
Does what it advertises to do, but I really would love more timer entries. 6 just isn't enough to provide a realistic day. Plus I'd like to be able to add lightning and clouds to a certain timer point, so you can have breaks in between. Plus light intensity needs to ramp up/down gradually between points. Having it done in the space of a few minutes does not simulate realistic day/night cycles. Even the cheapest of Wi-Fi lights has this feature. If these issues could be sorted this app would be 5 stars without question
Used to work, now I can't change any settings, timers, anything. It changes in the app then as soon as the phone is disconnected, the light reverts to manual and 100%. Now I have to buy a new light. It certainly will not be using this garbage app.
I found out that when you set timers and go back to the main screen turn the wifi switch on light from on to off and back on again. This will set and keep the timer.
The app is not stable. I set the light to channel 2 but it automatically changes to channel 1. Secondly the channels got set by default at 77% without setting the same to that level. My corals were saved from burning out.
Lights were working fine. Now nothing is controllable. Can't switch to any of the timers I have set up.
I can set all my times etc but there is no option to save on the videos there's a revert to timer on exit box to tick I haven't got that so cannot set these lights up and sanrise are no help contacted them they tell me to save when I tell them I don't have that option they quit all contact with me
Worked fine for a while, now it just reads 100% for everything, regardless of actual light settings. The graph is incorrect. Can anybody help?

The app ok but just 2 things I would like to see addressed first thing is the current light intensity in the app consistently reads 100% second thing would like the option of adding more timing points
Timer function does not, therefore making the lights useless
Doesn't work correctly, sets all lights at 100% manual and timers dont work, resets to 100 after dimming. Causing huge algae bloom because I cant figure out how to dim them. Not happy with this poor app wish there were other choices as this thing is useless. Should have gone with the cheaper non controllable lights as this is garbage!
No real issues with these lights. App is a bit clunky and the lights lack some features of other high end lights but only a fraction of the cost ! My corals grow well under these lights
The app doesn't as yet work on android N . Worked on my previous phone but only been able to get it to work once on this phone. App could be improved asp for those with multiple lights... I have 6 and it's time consuming to switch between them and copy settings etc. The lights are not cheap so a reliable easy to use app would be welcomed.
I purchased two of these lights. I hooked the two lights up over my 250 aquarium. Turn them on and they are bright. Tried to connnect the lights to the smart controller for light' as per instructions via my android galaxy s5. That was 5 day's ago, the app keeps showing unable to find lights. Promised one thing, but received another 😲😡😠
Usually takes 3 attempts to connect to the light after establishing wifi. Needs more timer points for a smoother sunrise and sunset transition. Cloud affect is screwy. It goes from full bright to full dimm even if you are only running 35%. Instead of being calming it upsets my tank by going too bright.
The app for the phone is good. It does randomly shut down while setting up the lights but it does keep the last change you made. I would have REALLY loved it if the lights would gradually change between settings. Another person mentioned it below...the lights have 6 time markers to set what percentage of light you want at each marker. Well i thought that the lights would gradually increase in power through marker 1 and 2 and so on...but it doesn't. Other than that lights are pretty awesome.
This app works pretty good now but there is one thing wrong. When you want to run auto cloud or lighting i can only run it on just the one light the other one does not even have that option! Do you know why? And thanks for changing the app around it works better too. Thanks
It won't connect incredibly buggy you guys need to get on this get it fixed.
When my phone upgraded the lights stopped working.I contacted the phone co first to make sure that it wasn't my phone Samsung's galaxy s6 it wasn't.The company sent two control board that I replaced still same problem can't find the lights.I really liked these lights when they were working.Now I'm stuck.maybe they should upgrade the apps
Worked previously, doesn't now work on my phone or tablet (both Android 6). Had to borrow a fiends phone to set these up again (Android 5). Please get Android 6 compatibility out ASAP.
It was working when I first got it. Now went back in to adjust and will not let me connect. Please fix ASAP. I need to get my lights to work properly. Once fix I will give it 5 stars again.
If I was having trouble connecting I'd give it a few stars but can't even connect AT ALL!! So frustrating!!!!

It does work, however, locks up and crashes often. It only has 6 time slots which could do with increasing for better control. It will change white, blue and red from 0 to 100% and you can have three separate timers set up. You can only run one timer at a time, so you cant program T1 6 points from 6am to midday then T2 from midday to midnight and run the two timers consecutively one after the other. It has a lightning and storm mode with varying intensity and their own start and stop times. This app works and does a good job but could be improved.
