I enjoy the new updated SmartCredit app! Makes things easy to understand. Keeps me in control and alerted of my credit information!
it doesn't do anything. it stays on this white page that says "Smart Credit".. Doesnt move. I have great internet connection, and a brand new Samsung note 9. Its something wrong with the app.
For the last few days I have not been able to access the app. I have Uninstaller reinstall clear cache and data and still white screen thats say smart credit only.
UPDATE: Login still takes you to web browser. Like they said this issue was fixed. What's the point of the app then??
These guys are a rip off. You can get better and more accurate reports and scores of myfico. Use these guys and you try to cancel...they will charge you anyway and customer service won't help you. My fico is much better.
This app and the people who managed this doesn't work. I cancel my subscription 2 months ago and they still charging me every month for this.
So happy with this service! It's really helped me work with my credit score and learn how to best manage it. Highly recommend!
It's weird to have an app but all it does is link you to the website. Kinda defeats the purpose of having an app.
Just downloaded this app because someone suggested it, but it doesnt open ... I've uninstalled it several times and installed it back it still isn't opening..🤷🏾♂️
Its LITERALLY just a link to the website. But the actual smartcredit website is good but the app...trash!

Not what I expected, this "app" just takes me to the website, so it's basically a link.. if I wanted to use Google I would have done that

Best credit app I have tried so far, I can get real time updates of my credit score instantly any time I want unlike CK that doesn't allow you to refresh to get the latest updates. This app also allows me to dispute unlimited times unlike CK that only allows 1 dispute per month. The best thing is that I was able to bring my score from a 430 to a 617 in less than 120 days and still working on getting to the 700's. Although this is a paid app there is a way to get a free subscription.
