I would like to see the database list more Australian products and to be able to print out the meal info. Also would be great if we can have the app in the cloud so that we can refer to it via multiple devices.
the scale is never accurate always rounds off to the nearest number and this is extremely disappointing.

Well, I've had this for a year, and, it's got some problems. On the hardware side, the bluetooth was poorly implemented, pairing is rather difficult to accomplish. At least with my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I think that there is a power saving scheme employed to preserve the four AA batteries, and it messes with the BT radio. The scale display, while live, times out far too soon with the back lighting. Between the app and the scale, the scale only updates a quadrant ONCE, so, it gets frustrating if you're trying to track carbs. I don't think the scale software itself can be updated, which is where most of the problems are. The app interface is very... mysterious. You REALLY need the manual, as there is no standard mending system. Bad, idea, really. It's difficult to figure out. Once you add a food to a dish, you can't update it if you make adjustments. You have to delete the food entry and try again. I feel bad for the developer for the product. He really got taken for a ride for a really good idea. It's a shame, I really need something like this in my kitchen, so I'm back to using my old food scale.
The hardware is a promising product, but they dropped the ball with developing an app. What a shame.
It would be ok if it didn't always crash on my Samsung Galaxy s7. also it's a bit confusing and doesn't seem to record things right. When I try to set up a dish for some reason it enters it twice. the app needs more settings and instructions
I bought this product from HSN. I bought into the hype. Now I'm stuck with a scale that can't access the app. Sent several comments no response
Recently bought the scale and while I've had no problems using it, it will not allow me to install it on my tablet or pc. I initially installed on my Samsung s4 so whenever i go to download to other devices it says its already installed. Its a shame because the tablet is much bigger and easier to read. Love the scale but the app gets 2 stars
Not worth it! Inaccuracies! No food list! Nothing positive to say! ****Your response was unprofessional. It would have been nice of you to offer some help to see if I'm doing something wrong or perhaps some advice as to how to pull up the list or a glitch with the app. I redownloaded it twice. My husband and a friend also tried to figure it out. I gave the review based on my experience, they are not untruths. You have a rating as of today of 2.5, obviously I'm not the only unsatisfied buyer.
