Look the idea for this app is really great and is actually something I and probably a lot of other travelers need, the ability to locate fuel pumps with the type of fuel required, the option to help judge the amount of refuel required while doing a long trip, these things are available in your app but highly un-useable, especially the feature where you're or you should be able to find a fuel pump with you're specific fuel requirement, like speed or speed 97, etc. Please fix the app.

i was using this app for some days and it was fine until one day it stopped working. "Unfortunately, SmartDrive has stopped" is the message that pops up whenever i try to login. I tried to uninstall and re-install but the error persists. I went to nearby petrol station to check on the balance and it was such a terrible time. This app is supposed to sophisticate fuel transactions with ease of mobile but it was never the case now. Very poor app

A really poor piece of development . The app crashed evry 10 seconds. One has to login at least 50 times over 5 days minimum before one can recharge . Pathetic..is it so difficult to write an app that is stable in india , the IT capital of the world. At least have a replacement for recharging . Thru website or at the petrol pump. This is ridiculous.

very very slow and very poor user interface to even enter DOB. feels like moving away from BP. so cumbersome for even IT folks.. BP han bot done even the basis properly.. very bad ans cheap software development.. in response to you ask, as i mentioned it is very very SLOW, you test it yourself, also when you press recharge button nothing happens after some time its back to same screen asking to press recharge.... isn't it poor quality software..

Inspite of communication with the developers and sharing screen shots, there has been no improvement.. the problem still persists... the balance remaining shows 0.0 inspite of having large amounts as balance. The transaction page shows no transaction inspite of successful many previous transactions. Many BPCL outlets are not accepting or unaware of OTP based transactions. The QR code based payment on the app does not work.. the app itself loads very slowly.

Vehicle list is incomplete. On editing profile, it keeps on repeating save button even after saved. Only after pressing edit button it saves finally. My vehicle card is not smartly designed. It should look like Renault Duster 85 XLS ( Diesel ) Registration No - (.......) Model - Insurance renew date...... PUC renew date....... Must be many more mistakes. Developer is in haste to deliver the app before checking the details, it seems. Expected more.

very bad app. Does not show actual credit balance in account. very offen fails while operating. Does not gives option to see through your past transactions. don't know how this psu is surviving with such a lethargic approach with customers Many times app get automatically close

It must be uset friendly. But it is a very inconvenient using this app. Along with that this app. is too slow. Doing financial transactions from this slow app will most of the time will result in transaction failure and the money will be jammed in between. So, from my experience, I'll never suggest anyone to download this app.

Unable to log in. I'm not able to login in spite of several attempts. Keeps saying wrong user name. I do have log in credentials which I've been using to access online portal. But this app says they are wrong!:(

It's good but many times it gets stuck and doesn't move forward. Unfortunately such apps run by the Government are always troublesome. Invariably they stop working, doesn't accept recharges, takes a long time to connect to the Payment Gateway.

I have installed and uninstalled this app twice. on both occasions I have not been able to login. Neither my registered mobile number nor my membership id is recognised. Tollfree helpline numbers don't work. please activate the physical card as I am unable to recharge and use this digital option. Terrible experience.

Really unstable app. Full of bugs. Recharging cant be done at the pump. The app never works. It keeps prompting to download a new version which doesnt exist on the playstore. Fed up.

Just started using...but I saw applying for the petroleum card but once I provide personal information then my phone num...it's. Send OTP when the OTP page once I type the pass code that I received from my reg.num there no agreeing button only option resend and cancel option is displayed Nd tried few other way where it also made me helpless by broken captcha🥶🥶🥶

Seems Load testing is not done appropriately app is taking so much time to load my vehicles page(net speed is 100mbps). Transactions details should be little more clear. Like differentiating between credit and expense.

Such a worst app this is It never works properly .does not allow scan at the petrol banks the apps goes blank after scanning . The BPCL helpline everytime give you a new complaint number and tell you will get a call but u never recieve one . don't ever recharge your wallet if you do forget your money .neither you can nor you can use the money in any ways . BPCL has to look into the issues asap orelse remove the app only from playstore

Absolutely useless. Nothing works. 1)I am unable to recharge my app using my credit card even though I am using HDFC app they have tie up with. 2) The number to contact them does not work. 3) If you try to ask a query the message is 'Invalid Username' even though I am logged in using the same I'd and query being submitted through the app

I recharge the wallet but the scan & Pay option not working properly. QR code scanning not done completely due the this my fund was stuck in this wallet i already raised complain but didn't get response.

When I want register it says my mobile already exists and allowing me to register. It happened frequently. BPCL keeps all the records in the database and not removing them when it is not registering for any services. I think it is a violation of Privacy. Hence Im going to stop using BPCL and de registering from all services like my fuels, LPG and any other services, if any.

HPCL IS MORE SERVICABLE THAN BPCL. waste of money and time. I got User ID which is start from "CC", I had paid fees & completed all requirement. I got user ID & password. but I can not log in with android application. it shows invalid user ID. but when I use it at web browser, it works. And till date I did not received my physical petro CARD yet after one month past. so, do the needful.

Very bad experience....OTP comes after few minuts inbetween delivery boy pressed resend otp thrice and my blocked by the system. user id and password does not match ...over all not to recommend others.

Poor customer service. I have been trying to load money to the card. It doesn't allow me to do that. It pops up a message "there is a new version of the app. please install that to proceed". But there is no new version on Play Store. I have the latest version installed.
