I love this app. I love that it sync to your calendar and autofills most of the correct information. Even when it doesn't accurately depict what I was doing at a certain moment, it can be helpful to have time stamps of when I searched up a recipe for example. My issues with the app currently are that I can't figure out how to manage my labels and it's not very visually appealing. It gives you the option to add new labels on the timeline but I have labels from past projects that are now outdated.
It is certainly interesting and fun to learn your own habits and make goals and follow the routine of your own life, but you can't really rely on the numbers and stats the app generates and if you really want to take it seriously you have to delete certain inputs that the app guesses and manually correct things. For example, apparantly I was in a vehicle for 16 min today and I also went to the forest according to the gps tracker. That being said, I still use the app cause it's all in good fun!
The concept is very good & app is quite intelligent. There are either a few bugs or I haven't invested enough time in the time saving app to be able to save any time. It starts with the lock screen clock being 4 hours off & can't figure out how to fix that. a bit of time trying to verify/correct my activities. After 3 days, gave up trying to fix that I was at work, NOT a local smoke shop up the street, lol. overall I see it's potential & usefulness for others, not quite right for me.
Awesome. Does a great job of sussing out how you're spending your time: at home, at work, walking, working, sleeping, etc. Some light adjustments and guidance required, but it does alot on its own. Good list of activities and categories with search and a simple way of adding new ones. Haven't tried the analytics yet. Nice job !
The concept is great, and the UI is pretty good, but there's several issues, one being the "autofill" feature. Half the time you manually add the current activity, it repeats it after you add a different one; the other half it will randomly input other activities while you're still doing the one you entered! Another issue is with the ability to add using apps as an activity. If the autofill misses it, which happens frequently, there's no way to manually select using an app.
This app is good but I'm sort of confused about the syncing with laptop feature. I went to try and 'generate a code' to backup my data and it said I couldn't. And then I tried again with a different method and a pop up showed up that said I have to upgrade to premium for this feature which is $5/month. I'm confused if that is the case as I personally didnt see anything about a membership be mentioned on their website
This is the app that i'm looking for. It has every feature which I wanted like how much time spent on a particular activity, time to time updation and edit etc. My small suggestion is to be able add multiple task in a particular slot like we do some chores while on a phone call. Also I was able to create only two goals. I would be better if it is more. Even without these two options i will still give a five star to this app. Very helpful.
I really like this app! I think there's real potential and just generally a very useful contribution to our busy lives. However, it doesn't integrate super well with the desktop client - it often just doesn't register that I'm on the computer. It would also be great to pause the app, or discard days, like when you're on holiday and you don't want it to influence your stats. Or if you forget to correct the app during the day. But overall, I love it :)
I was looking for an app to do specific things and I thought I was being to specific but then I found this app and it checked all the boxes and some. It's perfect. It takes some time to get used to, and some time to set it all up but once you do it's completely worth it. I love it, thank you! Edit - after working with the app for a while I noticed it would be great if each time slot also had the ability to add a note as well as an activity!!!Sometimes it's helpful to have an note from yourself.
Juuust what I needed. I've had this for just today and already I'm pleased. I love how it automatically updates the timeline when it senses driving. The bar graphs are really neat, and I can't wait for it to populate more data as I go along. Could use an updated design. Reminds me of the days of Android KitKat... but really this is just nitpicking. Functionally, the app is spot-on. I appreciate how the free version is in no way hindered - and that the app doesn't nag you to go pro. Thank you!
Mixed hate/love review. App glitched. Restarted over and over and wouldn't open. Only way to fix it was to uninstall and reinstall. I discovered all my data was lost. They only offer local or online data save with a Premium plan of $5/month. Finding out after losing it all? Haha Forget that! I loved the app. I used it every day for 2-3 yrs. But after all my data is gone and asking to keep my future data at such a steep price? I'm looking for a replacement app. Total disappoinment.
The first few days, or maybe the first week, it worked okay. I thought with time it will get better - but it got worse. Started displaying very wrong stats. For instance, right now it's 1am, I'm analyzing stuffs on my laptop in my bedroom, and it says I'm at work, in office. Many times I'll drive 1 hour to work, and it still indicates home time. I think this errors are too much and too wide - I'm tired of correcting them after 1 week. So, I'm uninstalling - it's of no use anymore.
This is the best app of its kind that I've tried, and I'm a productivity nerd. The UI is beautiful and usable. They appear to have good data privacy policies and don't seem to even have access to this intensely personal information. I've been using it consistently for over a month and am impressed. The developer(s) have been responsive. I paid for the premium version, but the free version is great too.
This app is really good and with just a few tweaks, gives me a great record of what I've been up to. The loss of a star is because there are no accessible icons. Not even the ubiquitous wheelchair. Just adding a few for us active disabled people would make a huge difference. If you need suggestions, I'm sure your users (including me) could suggest some.
I paid for the premium version and want to give this app a great review. It does things no other app I am aware of does and is so close to achieving greatness. But the interface is so poorly designed and so convoluted it ruins the app. The designers would be well served to do some screen sharing sessions with new users, ask them to perform a task, and watch them fumble. Things which should be so simple are made complex. Often pressing a button results in something happening the opposite of what your were expecting. The verbiage is frequently confusing and does not guide the user. The help documentation is inadequate so it does not fill in any of the holes. If the designers have any interest in improving the interface I would be happy to do a screen sharing session with them. I would literally make a short youtube tutorial for you folks for free - you need one badly. And I don't mean the one you have with the guy talking fast who doesn't give a single step by step example.
