Complete scam! They will not confirm your flights, they will call you or email you saying price went up. Very difficult to get in touch with someone. I used them through adp lifemart thinking I would get a discount turns out it's just all lies. Don't waste your money or time.
If I could give them 0 starts I would. So we booked a ticket and misspelled the last name called them to change it. They charged $312 and said they would change it. But they never did. We called about 10 times all the representatives said they would fix it and call back to me NEVER did. HORRIBLE customer service. Very unprofessional over all. I do Not recommend anyone to use their app. You can see others review as well. Terrible.
I booked a flight yesterday evening, received a booking & confirmation #... 3 hrs later, [by email] I was informed.that my booking hadn't went through, it instructed me to call in to fix the issue. Upon calling, I was given a bs excuse about inputting a wrong exp faye on my c/c.. and that the discounted fair was now an additional $80. So I proceeded to check the app again only to see [screenshotted] the same price I was offered. The cs rep Robbi sid ok, well book it again.
Haha your nearby airport option is ridiculous why do we want to goto different country that makes no sense. Fix your search. It should be right on the point not another country. Or have options to deselect that option. Very bad app.
went to purcase ticket. hit button said price was no longer available. Accepted the higher price. Recd 3 calls 15hrs after purchase of tickets stating price was no longer available, the third price was almost $500.00 over original price contacted United , they connected me to the same person. He stated best price he could get me a flight for $350.00 over original price. last flight was United thru China,stepped in dirty diaper thrown next to toilet. wanted $500 for oversized bag paid $200.thy Brk
Scammers!!!! STAY AWAY Flight is confirmed, my parents get to airport and find out these scam artists cancelled the reservation because they didn't lock in the price in time. Can't stress this enough, will never buy from these clowns again
Very poor service. They do not give refunds on un used tickets. I would request all customers not to buy tickets from them. My airlines also advised that they should give the refunds as they issued the tickets and Smart fares refuses to give anything in writing in this regard. BOYCOTT SMARTFARES
I booked ticket through smartfares. They billed me $832 and charged $846 and the next day when the final credit card statement is out it shows $ 872. They charged extra $40 for my ticket.. Worst flight bookings i ever seen..
First I was afraid after reading so many bad reviews but it turned out to be amazing website yes little slow, but excellent prices and accurate. As for app it needs improvements
it is very bad to make reservations, the employees are so rude 😠 , they didn't even call or send me any email or message to till me that my credit card dosent deduct the payment, i called them after one week they were so rude and they told me price was raised and it was very bad experience.
STAY AWAY! Smartfares is 100% a scam. They will change your flights, steal your money, or not boom your flight at all. Please don't look to save money because they will hit you with fraud and identity theft any chance they can. Please book directly with the airline or with a reputable website. #SCAM #SCAM #SCAM #SCAM
Robers. They charge you extra money for extra taxes and fees thats a lie dont trust them stay away from them go directly to the airlines. Waste of money dont do it.
when it comes to getting money from you They are the first now when you go to make a claim they don't help you at all they don't want to give me credit or return my money for a flight I don't use 436 came out and you ask to speak to a supervisor and they they put hours on hold for you to hang up the call or they hang up on you when you are trying to explain what happened they are the worst company

this is the most deceitful thieving app out there, buyer BEWARE!!! I gave it five stars so you could see for yourself. Backwards. They refuse to make the purchases. They just keep hiking the prices to DRAIN your account. They NEVER do make the booking! what the!!! meanwhile the prices just keep going up and up and up. They need to be sued. This greed of theirs invites it.

Do not trust them. The ticket was 359euros and they took from my bank account 389euros saying something like mr card was international and it was in us dollars. Theft. Stay away
I wish I could give them not even a star. I bought a ticket thru them since February 2020 and they canceled the flight for my daughter from China to Liberia and since then no refund. Please watch out for this company SMARTFARES they are all bunch of Indians IT thieves rubbing customers not providing services they will tell you the refund will take 3 billing circles and if you don't know it's 90 days they are talking about. Who does that. Then after when you called back they lied and renewed.
Refunds were collected in 2 months. Thank you for your efforts. Looking forward to dealing with you again in the future
worst site ever.they are just stealing your money.i have booked my flight yesterday from Toronto to Winnipeg.price was showing 551cad for two tickets.they took 631 cad from my card.never recieved my tickets nor confirnation number.when I called them ,customer service is very rude and unprofessional.so today I decided to cancel my tickets.they told me I have to make a call to airlines flair airline is returning me 551 cad coz dats the actual price of my flight you guys just stole my money

At first I was Kinnda scared because i didnt know much about of this web site, and I was very scared because I read all the bad reviews so I called to get more information about my flight thank god they didnt scam me😂 My flight is from Guadalajara to miami and miami to Guadalajara I didnt have no big problem

Scam, they will change the prices on you at the last minute. They basically pick whatever number out of the air that they want to charge you. Do not ever use them! They will cold heartedly take advantage of you. The ticket was paid at $1200, then they ended up adding over $500 on top of that. They will charge you even if there is no fair difference and they will make up charges that the airline isn't even charging. I called them over and over for about 6hrs. Finally got a refund.
