My finger is sore from tapping repeatedly during many failed connection attempts. The sync message completion bar on the watch doesn't update so it looks hung but eventually completes and exits. The watch is slow to respond to taps so connecting with the app sometimes looks unsuccessful which of course results in more futile tapping. You cannot connect without closely following the written instructions that come with the watch. The app UI stinks. The app does not work on all Android phones.
won't connect. keeps telling me to turn phones Bluetooth on. it is on. I've tried turning on & off. closing & opening app again. still says turn on Bluetooth. IT IS ON! Basically renders my new tracker watch pointless! App uninstalled and I shall be returning the watch/tracker.
Won't connect via bluetooth, keeps saying i must turn my bluetooth on which it is. shows my bluetooth is on, shows on the watch it is connected but the app wont connect. Check the website no help either. Hello Peter here we go again
CANNOT SYNC WATCH WITH PHONES OR TABLETS! we can pair it to the device itself, but the app is a NO GO! so apparently we are not the only ones with connection issues. Yes bluetooth is on, tried restarting both watch and devices, nothing
no matter what you do it doesn't seem to recognize that the Bluetooth is turned on very sketchy connection. seems to work okay once you randomly get it to connect.
Does not detect MS1020 smart band, Bluetooth is on Huawei KT10 tablet. Fix it - I ll mail you correction for ' bad English' messages on your application. All the existing application fail to address the problem. Your' s is the best looking so far but does not work.
Wont connect to Bluetooth, as with a previous review, all Bluetooth is switched on and it just won't connect, really frustrating as i need to connect to adjust the time and date etc
Horrible app it doesn't even connect to the watch.It doesn't even count the steps you have taken while using it. it also has the wrong time and doesn't allow you to a just it.I would not recommend this app
The app has quit working. it will not open and all you can get to is app info. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it still will not open. There is no support on the website.
No stars! This app is horrible for anyone trying to use it with an Android phone. Kind of useless to my daughter now. The app won't even open. Seems the developer isn't even updating as nothing new since July 2017. Wish I would have known, my daughter would have gotten a different tracker!
My kids cant use their smart watches because the app wont connect with bluetooth. The app needs to be improved. The watch is now useless. Very disappointed.
Tl;dr: USELESS. This app has been abandoned -- the last update was July 2017. WON'T EVEN OPEN, so you can't properly use the watch. Completely irresponsible company. Don't waste your time/money on this app or the watch.
Ugh I'm disgusted with the app. My daughter got this for her birthday and now it won't sync or whatever. Great job you crushed some little kids happiness. May as well get one from best buy it's more expensive but it's better than this cheap one
App will not even open. My son begged for this watch but I should have gone with my gut after reading the Amazon reviews. The app will not even open. I have installed it on a tablet and phone and it won't open either device. If I do not get support from the manufacturer today it is going back to Amazon
can not connection phone or watch, can not save personal settings, can not use app, makes smartfit watch close to useless considering all the great things it advertises.
I couldn't even open the app like I would tap on it and it wouldn't even open and then I thought my phone was frozen so it just tapped on other apps but they're working so it wouldn't even let me get in the app and these ratings are all so bad so don't recommend
App can't find the tracker. I have bluetooth turned on, clearly visible in bluetooth devices but app is stick on searching device and suggests to turn bluetooth on. Can developers offer a solution? My kid is disappointed and I mad mad as it was waste of money at this point
The app DOES NOT SYNC to the watch at all. I got the Bluetooth on my phone to connect, but not the watch and app itself, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
The app doesn't detect bluetooth although it's on and the wristband doesn't connect to the phone. What am I supposed to do with the wristband now?
works right the first time and every time since. The problems with this app is operator error; though I confess I do not see how to not get it. As user friendly as plug-n-play gets. Welcome to tech.
As others have stated the app will not connect to bluetooth despite it being turned on. Poor experience!
It is horrible. U can't do anything until u sync your band but when u try to sync it it doesn't work. 😑
I cant connect my watch to my phone it is making things glitch. I have had my watch for 2 years and I haven't been able to use it be use of this app. Do not think you should buy this watch or download the app
My mom bought me a watch that worked with this app on HER phone. Now I re-install on my phone, and it does not work at all. PLEASE HELP! Sorry to say this, but my new phone IS NEW. It is this dang app..
App won't even open. And when it does the stupid watch won't stay synced. Junk!
i bought these for my daughter and niece. The app wont open...cant sync it, set time, nothing basically a waste of money cause they cant use them due to no update to this app since 2017
I downloaded this for my daughter. She said, "I really like this watch. It should not have been as difficult as it was to sync it with my phone, and the directions were not as helpful as they should be. PIN was hard to find, the watch would turn off, and the plug is a bit difficult to put on the watch. It was also confusing: when Bluetooth on the app said 'connected', it wasn't connected, and when it said 'Disconnected', it was connected!" But once it synced, she said overall the watch is great!
