Be nice if features like paying your bill, setting up autopay or levelized billing actually worked. Looking at your bill and usage over time are the only useful features. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, just doesn't navigate to much of anything that works properly
Cant see any daily breakdowns of usage. Only provides average of use, unless you add a second meter, then you lose that as well. Now i can only see the amount of power used and graphs that arent very well put together. The mark they were trying to hit with this app missed
Love this app. Every month @ bill time, just a click or 2 and no worries, my Telco bill is paid. If I need to research past billings I have that option. I can't think of anything that's not available in this billing app. It sure does make paying bills time an ease.
My balance isn't negative, but there is a negative symbol in front of my balance. My Co-op just switched to this system this weekend and I'm already not thrilled. I can't set my notifications to specific amounts to alert me for usage, balances and payments like the old system. Also being told I have a low balance if I have less than $100 in my account is ridiculous. The old system was $50 and that was reasonable. This is ridiculous.

LCEC should find other app or work harder with SmartHub to provide quality product This app does not reflect well on LCEC.**Usage notifications don't match data in app. Hard/slow when trying to scroll. ** VERY LIMITED in info. Need more real time info. Poor representation of LCEC. LCEC is better than this...find another app! SmartHub is NOT very SMART!!!
When trying to view usage you just get a spinning circle. Left it running for minutes and never came back with the data. Total fail of an app lol
Today is 2-1-22 Can't get logged into the website to pay my 5 dollar bill LOL. Tried the app too. No go. Pretty sure my power coop uses them as a host. Don't know if it's their fault or my power coop but this is an utter shame. Just worked all day to come home to this. 5 dollars is about what this app and its site is worth. By the way I get average 50mbps down. Just tested. It's not me. I have 200mbps plan but I'm not hardwiring and using a laptop for this. snail mail is faster.
Have used this app for long time with no issues. Now every day I look at 'My usage' and the only options are this year, last year. Selecting these and all I see is the average temperature but no usage data. All the normal options for daily, this week, last week, unbilled, etc are not there. Guess the last update messed it all up & it is quite frustrating. Hope they can get it fixed, then I will give it the 5 stars
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this APP three times in hopes that it would provide usage information, but the last accessible info is back from June 2020, two months of billing cycles since then and nothing is represented. If you wanna schedule a payment, look at payments, and accept that the bill reflects the true usage, then it works for that. Falls short of being a great resource, as it was in the past.
The app works great with one service provider. Now that I have both telcom and electric available through smart hub it is not easy to switch between the 2 accounts. The app should start from a home page that includes all accounts. Currently switching between accounts requires going into settings, scrolling down to the bottom and selecting a different provider under the "add new providers" section.
Only one company will work on it even though you can add others. I have to reinstall this app twice every month since I have to pay my bills through this app with 2 seperate companies. I hate this!!!!! Please fix it. I have been using this app for 2 year's. It worked correctly until point broadband bought out OPS one. Now it will get stuck on the last provider bill site that I used and it doesn't go to the page to change providers.
Besides the fact that it is somewhat slow, it is confusing and frustrating to domload this application and installing it. For example, it confirms installation before it is actually finished installing, inticing tje user to repeat the recent action, causing crisscrossing of pages; very confusing. Different segments of the app don't seem to be aware of what is happening in chronologic order.
This new black and white app does not allow to check usage for whole year, and it says my usage is higher than Nov 2018, but the graph shows opposite info. And it only shows for November, but t want to check.from August forward. The other app was so much more useful, user friendly, and not so boring as it has the use of colors. Bring back the old app!
It will estimate your usage and then not show a star like it's supposed to when it's estimated. The power will get cut off because they estimated it and it is no good because my well pump controls the neighbor's water too... boo
I have to cancel paperless message every time I use the app. Should be a different option, "once and done!"
I'm no expert on apps, it can probably be improved some. But it beats driving 60 miles round trip to pay my bill.
Just down loaded and it cuts off the bottom of the screen so I can't tell what button to push. Visually difficult to use. Won't scroll to bottom of page.
My utility co.has smart hub as the only online payment portal option... Yet smart hub doesn't recognize um utility company. I had used all the references and formats I can think of, without success.
App will not open. It crashes immediately... Update. 3/19/22. It still crashes upon opening....
This app has always worked great until today. It's suddenly stating "Login failure. An error occurred while signing in. Please try again." However I've signed in many times and it keeps doing the same thing I even uninstalled the app then reinstalled it but it just continued to give me the same error message. I'm very frustrated at this point but hopefully it will be fixed soon. Otherwise I love this app; it's so easy to use and very convenient. I'll change my review/rating whe it works again.
Make is so easy and stress free. Things in life can be so difficult at times but either paying or putting in a general request this takes hours off my bill time. Thank you
During the registration process a message read that I would receive a password in my email. The email was prompt but actually included a link to verify my account. I had to click on 'forgot password' to reset it even though I want prompted to set a password initially. The limited length of the password is odd. After reading about others' issues I opted for paper bills until I can determine the app it's reliable. Phone: Moto g Power
Issue with setting up txt mode works for one number but not my second one errors on everything from activation to trying to enable options. I don't think have to call them to make a change each time. Otherwise might be useful. But again not sure if it actually works for any number. Will have to wait and see. Seems to be little or no support
This app seems to have different info than vendor. Actually it apparently has no info. I am really confused. Do I owe something or not? My check book says no, my new vendors bill says possibly(?) And your app page has $0 due but no history. What does that mean?
Very excellent utility software for PC and mobile. I use it often . Very handy to check and/or report outages.
This app was awesome when it came to fruition now each time I try to use it it says error login try again later!!! I've Uninstaller and reinstalled and updated still same error. HELP Please fix your app!!
Every. Single. Month. I have to reset my password to pay my electric bill because I'm constantly getting an error message when I try to log in. This is the worst app. I miss the days when I had to pay my electric bill on the company's poorly designed website because at least then it was functional. If you have a choice (i don't), don't use this app.
Used for a long time and zero issues. Now when I try to pay my bill I just get a spinning arrow like it's trying to go through and never does. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same. Easier to just call the automated number to pay bill or pay through their website. I'm deleting this.
