Smartify - LG TV Remote
Smartify is a true universal remote. The application supports all TV models with WebOS operating system, as well as Netcast models released since 2012.
The application contains a large set of buttons using which you will get access to all the functions of your TV. Now all the necessary for control are on hand - true LG remote. The automatic connection function relieves you from the necessity to enter the PIN every time to connect to the TV. A large touchpad will allow you to easily select and flick the content on the TV screen.

Text input limitations:
Text input is only available in the TV apps which support TV keyboard. The keyboard will appear on mobile device screen automatically after you activate the input field on your TV screen. Some services, like Netflix, YouTube and others, have their own keyboards and are not supported by Smartify.

I have decided to give this another chance since it has been revamped.there some drastic changes I can say so far its awesome. Its new look , the changes to the controls and it turns tv off and on no problem. The only thing I've noticed is that when u go turn the TV on it don't Turtn on by the power button.u have to tap the house button and it comes right on and that's fine by me. Thank you for the improvements. I will be using this app only now as long as it continues to work Thank Yo
I paid for a year. had to get a new phone. so why didn't my subscription work with my new phone,? rip off. yeah I know you didn't want a bad review. but until I get what I paid for. one star. wish I could rate negative stars
An amazing app with very minimal ads. Works from anywhere without having to actually point the phone at tge tv like a actual remote
Fine when it works. Struggles with connectivity issues but a lot better than most remote apps
Cooo if its a one button job but I cant even search for a movie or rewind before ad after ad pops up that you cant get out of. Try and x out and it goes to the app store. Annoying.
This app was good at first but now it seems it works 1 time out of 30 and I have the paid version, I shouldn't have to keep closing and reopening it for it to work even then it just sits and loads.
BEWARE....within a few minutes of installing and using this app, all my channels on the TV have been scrambled ! This is on a TV that's been working fine for 18 months. Could it be a coincidence ????
Miles better than the first party LG remote. Don't need to use two modes, no complicated buttons and a really easy to use controller. But the problem is the ads; They are everywhere. It gets annoying. And yes I feel like the subscription shouldn't be nessesarey.
Would be great if I could get through a simple search with out two or three ads popping up. Switching to another app
The app is so usefull!!!! If your remote or you don't have a remote for the TV this app will help you. My little brother ate lots part of the remote witch is where you tap OK, RIGHT, LEFT, 1,2,3,4,5, SORRY FOR THAT.p
A lot of ads because everytime I click the ok or home button it does an ad so I have so I'm on yt typing what I wanna watch and an ad just comes on and takes me to the app store
I think this app is good because our remote stopped working so we couldn't watch Tv until I experienced this app anyone in my family could watch Tv when they want and it doesn't just help me it helps my family I'm happy to hav this app
Fails to start, takes forever to reboot, freezes constantly. Awful app.
Garbage app, looking money for an app that after an hour or downloading couldn't even find my tv, thank god for trials, definitely not paying my money for a broken app. AVOID
This works for me, except I can't "click" the option I'm hovering over with the cursor from the "interaction" screen. I can move the cursor just as with the magic remote, but since I can't select the option I want it's useless. The app is visually appealing, but the implementation of some of the features is half baked. No reply to email :(
I Do Not recommended. Very Frustrating app! Dont swipe to the right otherwise you get the Premium upgrade ad which completely prevents use of remote. Have to exit remote app often to get away from the Premium upgrade ad. Other ads pop up continuously, dont ever try to use the remote without checking screen for ads. No TV guide button. It appears the developer is more focused on getting money from ppl clicking on ads or hoping they'll have a better experience if they pay for the premium version.
the app works great. only issue is a minor inconvenience when I swap apps and go back to the app. I'll either have to close the app and reopen, or input a code to reconnect the app. not a huge deal.
I love using LG TV Remote. The only problem is it has started randomly playing game sounds and I don't know how to fix it. Very disturbing and annoying. Some how resolved in 2019 however happening again in 2020. Freezes frequently but can be resolved by closing app and reopening.
If you are wanting this app to be able to use the keyboard or mouse pad IT COSTS $6.99 (The mouse pad is free on the actual LG Smart Tv remote) or to get rid of the 10 million ads that pop up all the time regardless of what your doing IT WILL COST $6.99AUD This app is worth $0.99 as 99 percent of the features including the pro version ones are on the free apps all over the place. The only thing you would actually use in the pro version is the keyboard. For $1.55 you can buy a wireless keyboard
I just can't believe...... I kept trying others that claim to work for year 2015 uh series lg tv, but kept failing, especially the pointer, mouselike function. Now I'm good. Can this same guys step-up to voice assist? I believe they can. Nice one!
This app looks pretty good and professional. It then requires you to purchase the pro version which i did because I saw my TV model was discovered. But the app isn't able to connect to the TV and none of the TV remote button worked.
Brilliant on my older LG smart tv. You have to pay $6.49 if you want the navigation buttons (FF, REW, PAUSE etc) but well worth it in my opinion. Easy setup, no ads. Does everything my smart tv remote did. Has a mouse pad too, which my original remote didn't.
this is great. A few ads lasting a few seconds is a small price to pay and this makes a good stand by if you batteries run low or you lose the remote. 5 🌟 from me.
It was working when I first downloaded and within 2 hours of use it now won't find the tv. Then when it does find the tv the advertising stops you from using it forcing you to back out of app to find that it won't work again. Then you get it to work then advertising blocks you from pushing any button so you back out again then it don't find tv. Sign back in to get advertising again. Stop being greedy with the advertising and fix your app.
They will not answer emails. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. does not have a keyboard. It only works on TV mode. Only general controller buttons. Not in Amazon Not in Browser Not in Netflix Not in hulu Not in sling Not in Channel Plus I had to put 1 star to post review This app,, and developer rate a ZERO...!
Wouldn't give option to cancel, I refuse to pay 8.99.
Very good one of the better ones but I'm not paying £8.99 for a years use be better off buying a new remote if it was £8.99 as a one off price it be worth every penny otherwise all round good app the adverts only appear ever 10-15 times u use the buttons and they only last about ten seconds
