SmartIO - Transfer Content

I am extremely diappointed by this app. It claimed that it would transfer all content, 17 options, including whatsapp. It claimed it was cross-platform, which I discovered it is not. However, after purchasing it, it only gave me the same 5 options as their free version. i would like a refund. false advertising.

This app did exactly what I wanted it to do, which is transfer all of my previous messages and other features from my Galaxy to my c7. Simple to use and worked perfectly. No more losing your history when getting a new phone! Thank you Samsung for making a sensible, practical app!

Purchased this app for both my ohones. Took my money twice and does not work. Keeps disconnecting and getting errors and nobody assists to any response. Poor service and unethical deductions for an app that does not work on Samsung Android or iPhone. I want my refund please and a contact number i can call an actual human

this product is defective/mis-advertised. in order for it to work you have to purchase it TWICE ... its a file transfer app. i purchased it on my primary device and to send a file to the other i have RE-purchase it. please refund me. thank you

I just wanted to transfer a folder to another phone connected to my home's WiFi network. Why do I have to insert my email address and password and then pay for it ? You guys must be kidding.

Out of nowhere it asks to allow permission to read or write system settings of my smartphone after the very first time opening the app. I didnt allow it and immediately uninstalled from my system.

After purchasing the license, the application crashes when trying to send from Android to ios. This app is a complete rip off.

Transfers data between Android and iOS in a weird manner. Not useful at all. And for iOS, made payment in vain.
