This company and App is utterly outrageous: the original Skyguard has been installed on three of our phones. No update or notification provided, all of a sudden, system glitched and App was erased from app store. Called provider hotline no one knows what's going on. Terrible service for top money paid!
I am not sure why people are asking to create an account from this app. This is a managed service application, you need to have an existing account setup by your security provider. If you don't know what you are doing, don't comment on an application. Now that I have vented, the application works as described and provides the control of your smart home. Its not extra ordinary so it only gets a 4, but does the job its supposed to if you know what you are doing (unlike most of the other comments made here)
Why is your app the only that has notifications that hang on like a deer tick? Many times I've been driving 65mph on the highway needing to swipe your notifications away from my GPS screen because they dont minimize on their own.
this is a great alarm system easy to operate and if it gets set off they call really fast to make sure everythings ok
No option to create account. Just a login screen. Zero instructions and zero responses to users concerns here and on the Alexa skills page.
Opens with login page. Can not login with first use. No login set.

Works for security portion fine. Isn't compatible with my thermastat as it says heat, cool, off but has no Auto option. When I select auto from the panel itself, the app says its off when it's not. Has option to turn off app notifications but doesn't have any option to turn off the email notifications. It's annoying to get emails every time I do something with my security panel. Arm it get an email. Disarm email. Check my email 30 emails just from my security system.
