Literally Can't login anymore. Get a json error. Deleted cache and storage, still doesn't work
Does not keep you logged in. Fingerprint password does not work, you have to enter your password twice. (Makes me change password everytime I log in) Not convenient like a banking app which also has security features. Update: After emailing customer service, they communicated with me to get the issue resolved. Seems to be working good now. A+ for their service.
When setting user features, the app sometimes hangs. Further, even though I am connected online via mobile data or Wifi, the app returns messages sometimes indicating l am offline, rendering the app useless. This morning I accidentally set off my own alarm and the app could not connect to my system for me to disarm. The app failed when I really needed it.
ASK your prospective security company if they use this app BEFORE signing a contract! (BTW, Ackerman does and I DO NOT recommend this company!) If they do, RUN, and use a different provider. I can no longer receive text notifications when doors are locked/unlocked, or when events for recipes I have created occur. With kids, you NEED this capability. They're forever leaving doors unlocked or ajar, and it was very helpful to receive texts when doors opened/closed. Seriously, look elsewhere🙄
Very counterintuitive app that appears to have several significant bugs. Alarm company changed to this app and lost multiple capabilities that the other leading alarm app has built it to it. Effectively lost control of about 50% of the alarm system through this app that I could easily control with the other app.
*still not working. have called several times* After update app only shows one of my sensors and it no longer works with google home hub. Support said this is a known issue and they have no time frame for a fix. Can't give more than ome star to something that doesn't work. By the way I'm paying to see my sensors on the app
I am continually having issues with the app telling me there's no internet detected even when there's a strong signal. Then there is no way to refresh or try again. I keep having to uninstall it and reinstall it. Very frustrating.
It arms and disarms like it should, however, I do not have the option to bypass any of the sensors, even though it claims that it can. There is one sensor I would like to have bypassed (window on top floor) so i can sleep with some fresh air flowing into my room, but i can't do that currently
App is horrible. I actually give it zero stars. The notifications never work and it never connects to the alarm. It won't notify you if the alarm is going off. I have never used as useless of a app as this one
Notifications don't work on Android!! App works well for the most part and is easy to use. However, I get no notifications when the system is armed and disarmed.
Never connects, says offline when not. What a waste! Sales person blamed my blackberry but same results on iphone. No suport. No fixes. Just SOL. I suggest another security hardware and app all together. Avoid smartlink.
Keeps losing connection to my panel. I have to go reset it. Very disappointed. Can you fix this?? After reset, it's good for a few weeks and then reverts back.
Pretty convenient app, but push notifications stopped all of a sudden and I cannot get them working again.
No internet detected is common when clearly the internet is online. Clearing cache and reopening the app is the work around.
Erratic on my Motorola Android. It sometimes could not connect to my internet or froze up. I reloaded it twice, but same erratic results.
This app is useless. Can't sign on and stay...it renders our security upgrade unusable. We will cancel and move to a different company. Goodbye.
Won't read recipes to arm and disarm at a certain time. Really wish this option would start back working again.
it doesn't always work like it should. says there is no internet. we have to turn off to reset many times. kind of annoying.
This app works on one of my devices but not on my Samsung note . It's so annoying that you have no options to choose to stay loged into the app.
The elimination of the ability to send alerts is a serious issue for me. I may need to look for alternative providers.

App looks much more polished, but it seems that they "energy" option is missing from the zwave controller. Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but it'll be sad if it's gone. A good app overall and a nice improvement from the previous version. Edit 2/13/22 App has not pushed notifications for several months now. I can still (sometimes) arm and disarm via the app, but it is otherwise useless.
