Just make a comparison of this app with NTC Smartlink app. you will find difference. I am facing error for one year. When i try to login, it shows Check your internet Connectivity. I dont know what kind of Internet it demands?
Useless. I could not sign up. I am getting error "check your connection and try again". My net is working fine though. Tried on different networks and different mobiles but it does not work.
App is not working, every time I'm trying to register an account it shows an error "check your internet connection". Fix this issue from your backend.
The app was good. but after some time i forget passward. when try to reset. proceedure refer to email and followd link says 404 - File or directory not found. moreover there is no service where i can call to seek guidance. what is this
Just a useless app no one can even register or login if any one can possible to make a login by mistakenly than voice connection is disabled i have personally too many times launched a complaint but no any positive response from valuable PTCL.
Intended purpose is not served. Voice calling feature is coming as disconnected. In an attempt to make a call the app dials the number using GSM instead of landline.

Voice is disconnected and i am unable to call from smartlink even ticking force connect but its not working. please resolve this issue.
App get crashed after I press call button for verification purpose. This issue has been communicated many times to the PTCL team but no one taking any serious action against it.
It is useless app. It perhaps need repairing throughout its life..service agents satisfy you by telling app is in repairing app is in repairing and so on..
Last time I used it and it works, but now I tried app on two devices and on signin it keeps showing "Change Password" popup even when I changed my password.
Of course it is a good attempt, but make it more secure, I got registered myself, but your system is not working properly, a new bug is reported at each and new attempt, Please look into, and make it more secure and more reliable.

This application doesn't work because it has not been updated since years, it always gives error of check your internet connection
I have tried so many times to register. Each time it tells me that I will receive a call at my Ptcl number for verification, but I never got a call.
Its just saying check your connection, maybe developer of this app tested it over wifi. I am using moblink 4g, its not working.
I tried to login, it asked to change password, which I did. After then tried again and same request to change password.... is this made to change password or any other benefit
