With the new update it doesn't show needed information to pick up shifts or schedule. Half of the app doesn't work as needed/expected to.
Can't download my paystub.. shows unexpected error. New update has ruined more, however from beginning this app has problems, now they are more
I can't even get it started only get an error message this is trash!
This app is mandatory for my work. I would like to be able to download it on my laptop though so I could view things easier. My schedule never seems to appear even though I get notifications that changes have been made. it's nice to be able to see my payroll and PTO information, and be able to print my paystubs. Again, things would be easier if the app was available for download on a computer or laptop. It would make entering information or printing much easier.
Awful app. I would give it a zero if possible because it crashes, logs you out, doesn't recognize password gives error code constantly. I can't understand why someone would make such a horrible app. If the creators can't fix all these problems, then find a different job! I have no time to deal with the nonsense.
Smartlinx Go doesn't open as expected even after entering my credentials. I have to delete and download a new one every month in order to access my information. My coworkers have no issues with this application, and i am wondering if it's something wrong with my Android. Thanks!
Never really had a problem with this app till just the other day. Weve been using it for bout a year. Wouldnt load for 2 days so thought maybe just needed to uninstall and reinstall.. well it will not log me in it just keeps spinning.. it does nothing. Idk what the "minor fixes" where on the update on 23rd.. but its now not working on mh end. Unfix or whatever the minor thing is. Please and thanks!
(Mandatory app from work)..trash. location constantly off. Constant spinning wheel of death just crashes or freezes app. Multiple people from work having same issues. 1/10 would not recommend.
The app randomly logs you out and always says the password is wrong when you try to log back in. It then locks you out and you have to contact your system administrator to gain access again. This happens every few weeks.
I use this app because my job forced it all on us. The app is garbage and doesn't have near the functionality they claim it does. It NEVER shows my current schedule and I have to take time out of my day to ask the administrator for help (an older woman with little technological background). My nursing home was duped by the smartlinx sales team that much is true. My supervisor prints out the schedules because my fellow colleagues have the same problem. Don't waste your time with this junk!
Crashes all the time. I need it for work and can never get on. It was ok a few months ago but I'm not sure what happened to the app. I hate when they UPDATE apps because it only makes it worse in my opinion.
This app keeps stopping. It got lot of frequent crashes for 3 days now. I have reinstalled it over 10x but still. Can u look at the problem and fix it.
I wish I could view my timecard and paycheck. This app keeps saying error and unauthorized internal error. Ive unistalled over 5 times and used multiple devices so its not our phones tablets or computers. Please fix this
The app is beneficial in knowing certain things but it just logs off and lock you out. Logging back in is a hassle with an error message every time.
Downloaded this app 3 times now..cannot log in. When I try to log in it just says "unexpected error" for the past couple days. Have never been able to log in...horrible app
Click to open the app and it only gives me a white screen. Will not load up for me to do ANYTHING. When it was working it was great.
Horrible app, will not let you login. Only gives error message stating unauthorized. I even had my employer reset my account and it still will not work.
This app is useful . I don't know if this is related to the app or the person posting it, but I would like to view my paystub 2 to 3 days before I get paid just so I know that I can panic when I can't pay bills and rent , which helps me last minute plan .
Location sucks. Could be standing in the exact same place to clock in and have it work, then say I'm not within location to clock out.
Downloaded and had everything set up. Next time I tried to use it, it does nothing. Doesn't recognize log in info.
It's easy to see my schedule, pay and what time I have accumulated. It gives everything in details, what ever I need to know.
Was great, until I logged out to try showing a new coworker how to check her time card and paystub and when I went to log back in it kept telling me I had the wrong information and then it locked me out. I went to my HR lady and she has reset that password four times now to the last four digits of my social security number and it STILL won't let me in. Idk what to do besides have her reset it again but you'd think it would work the 1st time she did it!!!!
Can no longer view point balance. That's annoying. Now we have to contact HR to make sure our points are accurately assessed when we call off/ points fall off
I just installed this app for the first time and are unable to login!!!!! Keeps saying "error"!!!!
Can't login since last update. Has profile pic when I do get in but no other info.
Keeps stopping...always have to reset it or change my password cuz it won't stay logged in.
It log me out as i go to get back in its state wrong ID and password and i tried to download the app again it still pending after eight hours???
Please fix this app, it won let me log in or reset my password it just keeps giving me error signs.

Well your latest update on 4-3-22 has made it impossible for me to use your app. I was kicked out of the app even tho i had ibdicated before that i should stay logged on. I am unable to use my old password and cannot change or choose a new one. My experience with this app has been very negative . if it was not something that was required by my employer i would uninstall and never use. Your minor bug fix has done nothing but cause me an issue. Your app is junk .
