The SmartLog app (application) is designed as an accessory to the i-SENS Blood Glucose Monitoring System and is intended to help users track and monitor their blood glucose levels by providing the following features.(1) Transfer data from your meter to your mobile phone. (OTC cable, NFC)(2) Analyze data using various graphs.(3) Meal, insulin, medications and other information can be added and stored manually.(4) Share your blood glucose data and other health information with your healthcare provider via email, SMS and Push.

* Measurements downloaded on to the application from the meter in mmol/L units may have a difference of +/
- 0.1mmol/L depending on the calculation method of below hundredths decimal points.

Let's face it, CareSens/Spirit whoever you are. Your SmartLog Application does NOT work properly for the majority of users! ⚠️WAKE UP⚠️ This App is supposed to be a showcase for your meters - maybe they're just as bad as your App - just churned out by some sweatshop in China for pennies a unit. And who let the programmers loose with the crayons 🖍 when they were drawing up the ideas for the User Interface? If I didn't have to use this (given to me by the NHS) I most certainly would NOT.

The app synced the my ketone meter the first time, bit not the last two times. So I tried to add the reading manually but it says that a reading already exists for that date/time. ???

I like it synchronizes with Samsung Health, that was my big requirement. It records some other data points too, which is nice BUT, and this is something of a problem, it doesn't seem to sync reliably and it seems if I put in too much information it loses the value for my glucose test, which is kind of the entire purpose here. I use a CareSens N Plus and come on. . . that is the last bit of data I want to lose. Sync between the device and phone also seems to be quirky and unreliable sometimes.

It does sync my glucose measurement with Samsung Health (the reason I got the meter and app in the first place). It does not sync over what the category is (always setting it to "General"), and the app, while it has places to enter other info, it isn't really user-friendly (or even useful). One good example of that is "food", where you can enter the grams of carbs you consumed. That's it, no foods themselves or the like.

Extremely dissapointed in changes since last update. I used to love the app, was set out nicely and easy to see the info you wanted and to use. Now it looks like an old app from 10years ago. Lots of niggly annoying things when trying to input info and see important information. I've been trying to find a way to revert to an earlier version, but no luck so far

Brand new metre, not syncing for me at all. Data entry is cumbersome and reports are not very helpful. (Similar apps are much better, I've only tried this with the hope of automatic syncs. Even though my metre shows fine in the app as connected and the metre sits next to the phone no syncing is ever accomplished.)

This app has problems pairing meter and phone. Before you launch app pair the meter and phone using the phone Bluetooth settings. Enter the 6 digit PIN without spaces. Once paired then open app. Open accessories and choose your meter. You will see your meter in the list . Choose that and then you will be able to sync your results . Both phone and meter must have blue tooth to sync. Hope this helps edit... The sync is very temperamental still

Works sometimes. The app is not as slick as some others, but is adequate for what it does, the tree2 device is fine. But connecting the two- FORGET IT. At best it has to be paired every time you use it. More normally the app won't see the device at all

Had a lot of trouble getting the app to communicate with the TEE2. It finally decided it would and all is now well. Could not spot anything different when it decided it would work. The Bluetooth was working correctly on each occasion.

Bluetooth DOES NOT WORK - no assistance from company when contacted I have to go through the cumbersome process of deleting and re pairing my phone (Sony Xperia 5) to my tee2+ machine to update my results, I thought having bt would help my control but I end up getting more frustrated with it and not bothering to use it when I should because I know how annoyed I'm going to be later trying to import that result into my graphs. Meter fine but app pretty unusable.

Easy to use even for a newbie the Pro and cons. Other apps have more options in how info can be added (Bed -Snacks- Ect ) optional setting to have reminder alarms this would be good . The app works well and the bluetooth was easy to setup . it would also be nice to have a carbs counter all in one app . I would give it 5 stars if how info can be added but still really good

Absolute pants! Caresens connected up but doesn't sync properly. Loaded a different app and load manually. I wouldn't trust this app to not lose all of the info. Nil stars as doesn't work for me. Looking at the reviews this company need to sort out their issues. NHS give caresens to patience they need to look at changing to another product.

Results have stopped showing up on phone. Have turned phone on off and turned unit on off to no avail. Unit shows test result and app asks to save but just didn't seem to save and show. Still not working like it was at start. Date system different from NZ. Hopeless.

Absolutely terrible. Not clear with instructions and readings are in a different unit on app than showing on the machine. Very frustrating and have decided to write results as it's much easier. Also, I am very good with technology and shocked this was so hard to use.

The app works well to record glucose and ketones by transferring them from my meter but the facility to add information such as insulin doses seems to have disappeared, although the help men I still refers to it and the trend comparison graphs are still visible in the reports. This severely limits the use of the app, and the meter.

The new update has many problems. Constant problems with Bluetooth connection and uploading bg data so having to manually input. Most recent bg data not being displayed unless I open/click on another option eg. Trends, graph then click back to the main screen for bg data.
