Please add "Multiple account login" Edited: I dropped this to 3 stars because the issue of my account keep getting stuck on RESERVE balance. This has happen so many times that I lost count. Please fix it as soon as possible. Also this issue has never happen before SMARTNAS app rolled out.
I can't understand the app now, coz the app said it will automatically renew after plan run out but it doesn't. The internet consume my remaining balance. That's why my rate for this app is low., The signal of smart now is not good like in the previous year., 2021 and now 2022 the signal is very poor, kampot, kep and even in sihanouk cannot maintain the connection of the internet while the other network is working good, its sad to say that i used smart for many years and now i will used another
I was on the smart plan for $5 ! a month and i still had $8 credit and my Smart data balance was $344 ... You put me on text only!!!! Why? My data was still $344!! You wanted me to buy a data pack from you!!!!! And I still have 2 days to renew . I had to renew early now because of your incompetent system and I lost $344 of data. I have to work, and I hotspot so you have cost me money that I want compensated
Easy to used =@)))It's Meeting with the Very unstable internet connection usually just slowly and sometimes it was cutting out so that getting the poor feeling in use and destroying time But it is a little bit more than other Opperator, they are no 4G coverage at all Thanks
Customer service dont give excemptions. If you made a mistake they will not accept it. If you accedentally clicked the same service twice at the same time they will charged you double. They will say its user initiated
New: -You no longer need a physical SIM to join the Smart network. With your eSIM device, you can now buy a new Smart number and activate directly inside SmartNas
I use to top up through this app easily but now it always say error. When I already top up through other app it won't let me renew. Why added this feature when you can't let customer use it. Please improve. Thanks
Great internet but I'm feeling robed I had 5$ balance I had the weekly Thom at 1$ it ran out and consumed my 5$ without having the usual you've exedded do you want extra 1 GB of data so I lost 5$ also when balance expire subscription stop working why it is paid for a lot of sketchy problems with smart being not smart at all
Smart Nas promotions are scam The net in my place, city center is So bad. I did some games during the promotion time...it was a scam. I literally took a video of how it is. After 150 trial of doing the game in the same spot😅 nalways get the same prize.. so, beware electronically bias and manufactured. Smart games are scam and 1milliok Worth of price is not real 😅 imagine if lets say 5000 people uaing smart paying 3$ each thats a lot of money for them but not for you. Data is sooooo bad tooo.
I can't top up my Smart Home. When i click on top up and go to aba pay enter amount and click top up its keep going back to the last page everytime.
Have at lot of plans to choose from for your personal needs, but, network coverage needs some improvements.
I have been a Smart customer for many years and have good service, create good software for its customers Never get frustrated and frustrated when it comes to choosing.
Purchased at airport asked for 5 days but put on auto renew very hard to find out how to turn off. Rip off.
SmartNas app is NOT functional. On one occasion, I tried to pay for a special 3-month discount -- 42 dollars instead of 56 for 3-months premium service; but the app did not inform the accounting system and I was automatically debited 18 dollars for only one month at the next automatic renewal. Then, I tried to switch in-app from the premium to the standard plan, but it would not acknowledge or activate the new plan even after I "topped up." Very poor app. :(
topup today, Smart OsPanhaha autosubscribe today. but my data only got 2GB instead of 3GB and it expire within 20hours. What is wrong with your service now?! 😬
It's can be a bit buggy at times but generally speaking it works pretty well. My biggest complaint is for about a week I wasn't able to make an appointment for Smart@home Wi-Fi because the appointment system wouldn't let me put in any times or dates. It's finally started working but it was very frustrating when it wouldn't.
For two months now and your internet speed is still trash. I kept contacting you guys, but you said that there weren't any issues or that you're working on it smh! I teach online and this is becoming a real problem! I am damned near fed up about your company! I don't think that it takes two months to fix a cell tower issue. I live off of Oknha Try Heng street (2011). Please fix this problem that you stated you would fix!!!
Terrible application. One star is way too generous. Tried to renew my plan today. Accepted payment via ABA and when I renewed, it de-activated my Sim card altogether. The second time this has happened in six months. I'm in a covid red zone, cannot go to a shop and online and phone based customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. Awful. 3 years a customer. No more chances!
This app doesn't give you warning when your balance or credit reaches a critical level. My main balance of $50 was gone after a few hours of Internet surfing, and I only got the alert after the balance became $0 and lost the connection. The main balance expiration is also not helpful, it tells me how many days are left and I have to work out the expiration date by myself. The Internet connection is slower than its rivals but it eats up your balance like there's no tomorrow!
Awful service and even app even worse! on arriving in Cambodia decided on a smart sim which was definitely not a smart idea. topping up dollars after dollars for it to be just stolen from the app at the touch of a button. topup choose plan simple right? not exactly.. once used your data plan you dont have the option to re activeate the same plan so prompts to topup more dollar and usd option problems problems blah blah no help from customer service and rewards deductions for more dollar.
It's great for checking exchanged balance that you still have but the problem is about purchasing stuff online, Let's say purchasing something in a game to get virtual currency for 0.99 cents, But when I want to purchase it they decline because don't have have enough balance, But I do! my unexchanged balance Is 1.07$, But i later realized that it actually cost 1.09$ When it's on sale for 0.99 cents, So please fix this problem! And overall great app!
When I have over $1 balance I cannot renew my plan, I have to take a loan to have $2 in my account before I can renew my $1 plan. Everytime I must pay an extra $0.20. If I have to do this every week for a whole year I will pay an extra $10.40 for a network error. It's the principle that makes me sad. Not cool.
This new version is sucked, it removed the eSim active feature. I think you should update and bring that feature back, which we don't have to spend time queueing at smart shop. And the developers should create a new feature like we can add more numbers to control like family members. Other operators have that feature long long time ago, but smart is moving backwards in the Apps itself.
Renew, had 8,10 USD on my balance. Have used a lot of data and tried to renew before the date of automatic renew. Topped up with 8 USD which was shown in smart nas and been told that I did not have enough money to do a renewal of streem on 8?.... Smart contacted me after only one day. On a very professional way the solved my issues so I upgraded to 5 stars.
The network not strong, call in and out also difficult. Should be improving and should have network to cover all area. No update, It's only getting worse every day. If it's still like this, wait for the closing date. Why don't look at the other networks or by other countries and then get back to developed. If your technician or IT is not capable of this. Why would you hire them to waste money? and waste your name.
