Features of Employee Self Service
1. Leave apply and Approval
Employee can apply leave using his/her portal where in, the concerned manager / Superior can approve or Deny applied leave using portal login.
2.Comp-off apply and approval
Employees working on holidays or week off can apply for leave which in turn is approved by the manager
3. Outdoor Entry apply and approval
Onsite/ field work approval and entry
4. Restricted Holiday Apply and approval
Employee can apply any of the restricted holidays and same can be approved/decline by Manager
5. Manager can see the attendance details of his reporting employees
6. Swipe-in and swipe-out
Field employee can swipe in and swipe out from the android app which will be captured by server along with the location from where it was applied.
7. Application crashing while Attendance Regularization, Comp-Off has been fixed.
8. Payroll has been introducing to Submit Expense Claim, Download Pay slip, Annual Earning, PF saving and many more.

this app is not working in my device ,. My device is Samsung M30 my mobile phone is android 10 ui update screen shot is attached please provide the update for this concern
This app nice but some problem in this application like if you clock in without a location, your clock is done but address is missing......
Getting Error in Android 10 devices, also contacted the technical team, but Noooo response about this problem........

The app should have total hours works option on the home page , so that an employee can easily identify how many hours he/she has worked

Very poor performance as display location is not correct during clock in and clock out . Most of the time not able to log in.
It was working fine for 3 months. All of sudden it has started crashing. I have purchased ESSL Biometric systems & started using smart office working fine till today morning. Suddenly it is giving error & not logging in. Please fix this app crashing problem soon.
This App was working only for a month and then not even able to login. Technical support team is not even bothered to receive my calls. Very poor support.
