Smartouch New

This new app needs a lot of work. The prospecting feature has become completely unusable as we can't see full audio/video name in order to select the right one for the prospect. The data from old app has not been transferred but britt points have been transferred which has made old app also useless. This needs urgent attention. Very very disappointed. Update: Everything is working fine now. I am happy using the app! Please enable screenshot.

Content is great but the user experience is very poor. Very slow processing, doesn't update automatically once you subscribe to something. Hangs a lot, other apps work fine. I have subscribed to 6 audios but it is showing 8. Overall very poor app performance. Developers cannot be praised for the contents. No one picking up call even after waiting for 6-7 mins. Pathetic experience. Improve the app, I'll improve my rating.

The application is better in terms of content but it needs to work more on its UI, ease of access and smoothness. Also, the pack doesn't get refreshed every month. Audio and video playing is not quick. Voice sharing doesn't happen over screen sharing. Kindly work on it to enhance user experience.

No need to pause video , before going to any other app, it pauses automatically,and when u come back to smartouch, it plays automatically from were it had paused !!!!!!! THANKS A TON for this feature.

I took diamond pack in January, there was no any guidance to purchase 2 permanent CDs through points. There's was download option so I did that and thought I got my 2 CDs. But when the pack expired, the CDs disappeared. I hadn't choose automatic debit as I wanted it for one month. But next month it got debited by its own and I wasn't aware of that. It happened 4 months. Neither I watched CDs not I purchased 10 CDs for those 5 packs. I want my Rs 6000 back.

There is issues in the app. Iam not able to download the audios that i bought fully. Only 1 min promo is getting downloaded. When iam trying to play an audio that i bought recently, it is not getting played. Also there is issues in buying Britt points. Kindly fix the issues ASAP.

We see only partial CD title.3.Before sending I am not sure how many/ which all CDs I have selected (regression) 4.Once I send the CD, there is no link generated for sharing on whatsapp (regression) 5. App should have tested fully before riling out.

I don't know how seriously developers will take it. But still I am writing it for the enhancement purpose. 1. There is no search option for Leadership SOP and SOP. It's very difficult to find audios for SOP. 2. Very slow and many time it stuck at last 10-15min of audio. When we try to resume then it starts from beginning... Player should not start again from beginning.. It should resume the audios.. 3. SOPs are not available for prospecting, please enable it.

Very good app. But it's stops working in playback mode. Meaning when I start listening audio & if I minimize app and start listening then after some time app stops working. I need to go app again & start listening. Please resolve this issue.

Everytime i open the app, it takes a lot of time to fetch the data. Can u please cache some information may be so this is much faster. Please also highlight a cd that i have already have in my collection when j am in the catalog or the pack section. These are just some of the inconvenience of this app, else it can be much better.

Dear Sir Noted some exceptional features recently in Diamond pack. 1.can share any A/V from the list itself of our pack and collection also. 2.A/V starts from previous playback position if the app is restarted. 3.share the smart video and smart preview also. 4.can build a playlist. 5.benefits, validity & unsubscribe option available in pack details 6.A/V played and shared history available 7.filter & sort options enhanced. Almost everything is good but only problem is that while playing online, playback stops repeatedly even when being run over high speed wifi and doesn't start for some time then. Kindly fix this.

Good app but seeks update almost every week!! A bit slow in opening up and loading content! Errors in filtering audio/ video by language! These errors need to be fixed fr smooth usage!

When prospecting the tools in this new app, There are two options missing which were there in previous app: 1. Can't see the complete title of video/audio 2. Can't share the link through other apps

App crashes all the time, unable to play in background, it stops playing audio after sometime if pressed home button. Very disappointing. Please do needful.

Very slow response. Sometimes it doesn't open at all. The developers might not be using this app themselves; i wonder.

Hello... Why should we only send the case studies to mail itself? If you could able to send it to WhatsApp, that would be more convenient to the prospect as well for us, there by we can reduce one entry. We need not enter mail id. Phone number itself sufficient. It can really help us....Thank you

Bug is there, need to resolve the bugs, data was not loading it was very slow, even some time app going to be not responding mode, data fetch from was database very slow process, i think u you are also using some ajax concepts. use micro services use load balancing on server which increasing data fetching speed. It will Reduce the loading time.

The app crashes many a times during playback...have to restart from beginning....you can't share SOCD titles...no option to upgrade/stop subscription and many more....

App is asking fetching data and it's take more time to load files every time when I open. Older app is good.. Please fix this issue.. Load the files fast and want to play audios

It is good to use than previous app, but need more option in this .. We can't able to share the small videos and small previews to prospects... these small videos only useful to new prospects only .. So if put sharing option then it will be more helpful. and my Previous app bought Cds and Britt points not yet linked with this new app. If you rectify this my query then it will be good one.

It's not a stable version. You can not upload test app on play store. You should develop a good stable version and then you can upload on Google play store. Please do good work and re-release the app.
