Its like the Amazon app for horse ownership. Great prices, quick deliveries, phenomenal customer service and has everything I could ever want or need. My only qualm is lately I cannot click on some things like product description, features, sizing, customization or read product reviews. I haven't changed anything with my phone and have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app but it still happens. I have to open in an internet browser if I want to see that info. Its annoying.
The app has been broken for some time and will not open. This started to happen two Android OS updates ago. Very very surprising Smartpak is not fixing this. This is a company built around excellent customer service. What gives??
App hasn't worked now in over a month... it won't even load anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. It hardly worked properly to begin with, but this is just beyond frustrating.
Haven't been able to use the app in months. It always shuts down and tells me to update the app next time an update is available. Considering it hasn't been updated in 4 years, I think its just time to uninstall it.
Love SmartPak, but I don't like this app. The photos and menu won't load, the app freezes constantly. Can't use it at all. Please fix it. When it worked it was great.
I REALLY wish smartpak would fix their app. I'm actually surprised that they haven't yet. It has said "new and improved" since their last update in like 2017 🙄 I like Smartpak as a company and my horses are on their supplements but it would be awesome if they had an app that actually worked. Yeah, 1st works problems but I'm finally just going to uninstall because I never use it because it sucks and doesnt want to load half the time.
Photos don't load, menus don't load - e en the "new and improved" app is too clunky for practical use. Impossible to shop. I used to love Smartpak, but they could probably use to fire their IT team and invest in web development and app developers who actually know what they're doing. The fact that our team can't shop from their phones has caused us to buy $7,000-8,000 of gear and supplies from other retailers. The app is a nice idea, but just improving the mobile site would go a long way.
Unfortunately crashes with each open attempt. Prior uses - when it actually worked - images didn't load on searches and general load was slow.
Sadly, very glitchy, constantly crashing, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
What the heck! This app hasn't worked in months! Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help either! This app used to be great and so user friendly. Sadly, not any more.
Won't load up. Keeps refreshing on start up then crashes. Per my phone, the app has a bug. Samsung S22 Ultra.
It worked for a little while but started crashing every time I tried to open it. Never got fixed. Uninstalled. Disappointed.

The idea behind this great. But it freezes and wont let you change orders. Pictures dont load. If these issues are fixed itll be great.
The app freezes up every time I want to make changes to my account! Uninstall and reinstall still didn't work. Uninstalling the app for good!
App won't work. It opens and a pop says there is a bug. Tried reinstalling the app and still does it. Please fix the app cuz I love your website
Your app hasn't worked right for a few years now and at this point it won't even open. I understand the rising cost of supplements but I an considering pulling my business if I can't at least oversee my auto ships via the app. Hopefully there will be an update asap
OMG SMARTPAK FIX YOUR APP... it's been YEARS. My phone just updated and now it won't even load anymore. I've been buying from smartpak and using this app for years, but now I'm uninstalling. This is ridiculous.
App is horrible. Kicks me out every timei try to use it. Been doing this since last fall. I've reinstalled it and same thing happens!
The new and improved app has a bug...does not open on my android phone. I am so disappointed with this upgrade. Bring back the old app!

Doesn't show pictures of products in list view. You have to click on the individual product to see the picture of the item. Uninstalled.
This app has been crashing right and left. Haven't been able to use it in months. Finally just uninstalled it...not worth the grief
Beyond Incredible. SmartPak is the BEST horse company to deal with. INCREDIBLE customer service, fantastic selection, and the app is very thorough. I can't say enough good about them.
Gone glitchy , can't even get it to load. Even uninstalled and re installed it still not loading, keep attempting to refresh
I used to use this app all the time. The new and improved is far from improved. It crashes the second you open it. Please fix
Did not work immediately after download. Thought it was a virus at first, constantly popping up and shutting down without prompting
App will but open. Just flickers open and closed and then closes stating app closed because it has a bug.
This is the second review I'm leaving. Your app has never worked well but it was usable until sometime this past year. I have not even been able to OPEN the app for MONTHS, close to a year! I am at a point where I'd like to cancel my smartpaks. I have updated and updated and you have lost business. You've had a great thing going for years but this is ridiculous. Prices are going up everywhere and you have removed the right to easily adjust orders with your company.
