SmartPhoneTracker Free
SmartPhoneTracker allows you to locate your phone via GPS coordinates, useful if your phone gets lost or stolen, and for locating missing family members. Basically, SmartPhone Tracker is configured to listen for a certain text message. When it receives that text message, the program. will wake up, activate the phone’s GPS and obtain a lock. Once it has GPS satellites locked, it will send a text message with a link to Google Maps with the phone’s location and exact GPS coordinates.If there is no GPS reception for 2 minute, SmartPhoneTracker will send the approximate Network location.

Does not activate GPS if it's off, should do this on rooted phones.

Exactly what I want, thx!
My Dad has Dementia and lost the ability to talk. This is the only app I can get for his version of Android. Only accurate to 140m when tested was 6 houses away but at least if he goes missing it will help some. Do wish it work via gps only and take administration control to turn on those if he accidentally turns them off. Thank you for the app it's fantastic and gives me some peace of mind.
