This app is used for my job only and, for the most part, it works enough to get thru most jobs, but it is very glitchy. When doing OSA scans, it constantly exits scan mode or will hit multiple shelf items (and you can't delete entries that are scanned in error). Also, it would be extremely helpful to include a link within work orders to access the job specific documents as opposed to having to back ask the way out of the work order to access the PDF files. Needs work for sure!
I have been using the Smart PM app daily for a year and half. I am overall pleased with design. However, sometimes while I am in the middle of filling out a work order I need to reference the training materials. An icon/shortcut to the training material (as opposed to a bunch of unnecessary steps) would help immensely! With this, I would absolutely give 5 stars!
Any of my prepaid services I do it completes fully allows you to input payroll and turns red saying my assignment is completed. And as soon as it refreshes the screen it turns to yellow saying my endcap planogram is incomplete on a work order. Click the incomplete work order every area of the work order is answered and completed get to the sign off screen and complete it for the second time. It does this numerous times. You can't put payroll through unless every area is fully complete on this
It's okay, would be nice if the back button worked and it didnt send you to a random screen when you try to go to the previous page, also would be better if all the buttons worked i.e the lightbulb...
Missing a lot of important info, confusing, sometimes frustrated with lack of functionality. Useful for the basics.
Worst app around for business applications you cannot upload jobs using cell service and when you don't upload jobs for a day, the next day all data is lost especially when wifi service is available. Would not recommend this app for any business to use. In fact I would recommend company using this app to search for a better app such as dash-ex
App has been glitching for months and no real progress or update. It's annoying not being able to turn in my work on my phone.
App will kick out pictures , or wait til the end of a job then freeze right before I've submitted it. Then I have to start over get all new counts, pictures, & signatures..
I receive the card. I wasn't able to use it because the activate screen never appeared. Customer service number is an answering machine. You leave a message and they call you back.
its for work, gets it done/ update 6-26-20, keeps crashing, won't upload it download, and glitches so badly it causes my phone to restart itself
This app is annoying! It will not let me upload any pictures or use any pictures that I take! It's horrible and extremely frustrating
I have trouble uploading multiple pictures it constantly kicks Mee off the app so I have to go back and reinter most of the information I just put in
App crashes alot and can't load work orders in store. Very frustrating.

Yall need to update this damn app!!! I get tired of having to completely start my work order over when it crashes!!! PLEASE FIX!!!
Not very user friendly and to navigate around the app is frustrating.
app drains you're battery,pictures and files take up loads of space, currently waiting on my paycheck that was payed out last week but has yet to hit my account.(3rd paycheck)
This is actually pretty good work app so far I don't like the layout and it's not very pretty but it does the job
When you use the map feature takes you to uber. Needs some fixing!
Simple work assignment app easy to follow and it accepts assignment images easy submittal.
i use this app for work. Sometimes the app will close while Im finishing up my project very frustrating
easy to use..but scanning is difficult with no internet in stores that are warehouse
Decent app that itemize's your work day for you with clear and blatant instructions on how to exactly what they want you to do.. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

App needs some bug fixes bad. Here lately it has been crashing constantly when I click "skip sign-off". The camera seems like its turned incorrectly now, I have to hold my phone in landscape to take a picture that I don't have to rotate after I take the picture to add to my calls. The app is functional but really needs attention. Currently running on a Samsung note 10.
