Just a flawless app with very convenient features, return policy is amazing, the UI is great, I wish they open more such outlets in my campus. (Amity University Noida).

Worst app. Deserves Zero star. Extremely slow. Too many screens to navigate. Completely rubbish.
Topup just keeps failing be it upo or sodexho card or whatever.. very frustrating after money gets deducted. Need to mandatorily order food previous day for office and this stops it
Wonderful app while using regular food in office cafeteria..easy to use and pre ordering always reduce waiting time on food counter.. great π
Nice facility is providing by SmartQ. we are Happy to use Smart Q because it saves our lot of time.

Good app ! The pre order feature in the new release has helped me to save time. I would suggest the team to introduce subscription feature as well so that I can save more time as I can order at once
Reset password should send OTP to phone. Registered the wrong email initially. Now not able to change the email id to the correct one, as I can't login. Not able to create another account with the same phone number too. Would be nice if my already registered account is deleted. So I'll be able to create a new account with the same phone number.
One of the worst app I have come across. They won't take any responsibility on the mistake they do. I had ordered a Veg meal but I received a non-veg meal and no one ever turned to check why it was wrongly delivered and never bothered to replace the meal. order ID 1007949.

pls add option to - see only favourite resturants in home page( i use only two vendors - breakfast one and lunch another. why i need to scroll the list everyday ) - search food item ( i mean in one building there are multiple vendors . i want to search a food item across vendors ).
Very well created app. The functionality of this app is very user friendly. Quicker access to food from your cafeteria. I definitely think it's a must try for all
Nice app, what lacks is the notification feature. For eg if there is a pop-up counter for any given day the information should be displayed as notification so that people can see what's special that day before ordering.
As an app it is great. Very convenient payment options. If only all their food options were great it would have been 5*.
Sodexo payment always a pain. Latest update doesn't have the Sodexo gateway at all. Earlier also it never used to be a payment option but used to get redirected to Sodexo payment gateway superseding Paytm gateway and deduct from Paytm oy in case shortfall of funds. Now the Paytm option is purely a Paytm payment option. Team, if you can't have Sodexo payment option, this app would render useless.
Basically this app is useless. Even if you book an order, you're not sure of getting it and when your order is turned down, there isn't any option to cancel it or get refund for the order. What is the point of having this app then?!
Rubbish, couldn't change country code to +44 so unable to verify my account. Therefore I am unable to use it at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible app that won't even let me set up an account.
I have ordered multiple time but the food reflects at the app at served at the counter were not at same. Also payment method crashes anytime. It's a dump App which need intense efforts from the development team.
Installed this app and tried to login since past 14 hours without any luck. Not receiving any OTP to verify mobile number. Mobile number is correct, device is connected to internet, not sure if it's a bug in the app
Tried recharging the wallet balance. Amount got deducted from Bank not added to wallet balance. No refund yet. contacted phone pe and i have been informed money is decuted and paid to smart q. annoying and irritating. Who is going to repay me now ?
I am having a really hard time using SmartQ , I am trying to signin but it's not sending otp on my phone . I have logged complaint but no action was taken. There are no customer care numbers as well.
This is world's first food related app which doesn't accept food cards, for example sodexo! This app also doesn't have feedback section except missing order and this looks like rated themselves like missing order is the only one issue they are facing and occurs often. Please fix feedback option and bring more food related cards on the platform.
