SmartShaker+ (Plus) is an application to control Smart devices by iLuv such as SmartShaker/SmartShaker2 and Rainbow7 light bulb(sold separately). SmartShaker/SmartShaker2 is a Wireless App-Enabled Bed Shaker. SmartShaker+ Plus application can be used to define a wake-up scene in which you can set a music on your phone to play or even you can set a light to wake your morning.

I found the app easy to use and setting the alarm easy, but my 69 year old mother who I got it for had a terrible time setting the alarm. She could never set the alarm time without my help, and even with my help could not sync the new alarm time to the shaker unit. Once it was set and placed under her pillow, she could turn it off when alarm went off, but that was it. The shaker is not powerful enough to go under the mattress, so I put it under the pillow inside the pillowcase; worked fine
I like the smart shaker but this app is a total pain. It crashes like every 20 minutes when I'm not even using it ("SmartShaker has stopped") & I've tried everything I can think of to fix it (clearing data, reinstalling, making it "always sleep", etc.) but nothing helps. Seems to be worse since Oreo upgrade.
App keeps crashing. Alarm doesn't go off, lights don't turn on. The only way to make it functional is to keep your phone awake while it's charging and to keep the app open. I want this app to work. Hopefully the update fixes something.
Yeah, this thing is trash. Despite setting it to vibrate, every function (power, pairing, charging, looking at it the wrong way...) is met with a loud beep that echoes across the house. If I move too far out of range, it beeps continuously until one of my young children is woken up at and starts looking for me throughout the house. Connectivity is a joke. I may buy 5 or 6 more, just so I can have the satisfaction of smashing them with a hammer.
It doesn't pair easily. When making changes to the alarm it asks to hold snooze button down for five seconds and absolutely nothing happens. Set alarms and they did not go off or it lasted for two seconds and shut off. This shaker is a giant oreo cookie looking piece of junk. Avoid this...
Constantly crashing and interrupting what I am doing. The shaking is adequate with the highest setting. It is being returned and the app being deleted.
This is the absolute worst app and product combination I have ever used. Cannot maintain a Bluetooth connection to the device. Alarms will not activate when they are supposed to. Vibration is not strong enough to wake up a light sleeper. Rechargeable battery is is so terrible, you must charge it at all times - yes, this means you must leave a lithium ion battery underneath your pillow while it charges - a massive fire hazard. You should be ashamed of your company for peddling this trash
The alarm worked well this morning but the app is draining my phone! I've uninstalled it and hope my phone will hold a charge like it used to. I'll have to figure out something else for an alarm.
Average performance, needs an upgrade asap. I like the first app when it came out. It had battery icon and smoother inputs. Please update.
Very crude. Difficult to change music for wake up. Makes you guess if the settings are saved. Overall bad.
Very good alarm. However it asks for your gps and doesent even change the weather displayed. Quite dysfunctional.
Its work fine on my old phone, but on my new phone, its not work anymore, which it's furious. I had to continue using my old phone for alarm woke me up. :/

I just got the SmartShaker2 today and the setup was easy. Everything is functional with this App and the SmartShaker2 device. So far day 1 is 5 stars
Terrible!! Crashes when it's not even open let alone everytime it is. Regret buying the product BECASUE OF THE APP!!
It used to work well, but stopped working with the Pixel 4, it no longer connects to the app.
Far more likely to become unresponsive ans freeze than to update your alarms or display the unit's battery charge.
wakes me up 45 min early. it's good but the app needs ajustments I like to wake up when it says which the time set is 845am and the time it wakes me up is 800 am
Annoying notification every 5 min saying the app has stopped...tried blocking but it still gets through

This app is quite good. The device itself is nice: easy to connect, easy to use, it gets it's job done. I put 4 stars cause sometimes it takes a while to connect and for an extended period of time in 2019 the device wouldn't work alltogether. It was fixed at some point with an app update but it was frustrating to not have a reliable alarm for some months... Would love to see a rework of the device with usb c cause having to keep a mini usb charger around is quite troublesome, at least for me.
