SmartTime

SmartTime’s mobile application provides time and attendance functionality for Android phones. The app is ideal for companies with mobile employees such as drivers, sales staff or merchandisers and can be accessed by employees or their supervisors from anywhere and at any time via their Smartphone. Employees can clock themselves in and out or a supervisor can clock his team of employees in/out or re-assign employees between teams, change shifts, view work rosters and apply for leave from the SmartTime app. The app keeps record of the time each employee clocks in or out and the actual GPS location at which the employee clocked. A photograph of the employee is taken upon clocking in allowing supervisors to control “buddy clocking” and verify that the employee photograph matches the photograph on the master file. SmartTime’s team change functionality allows the supervisor to reassign the employee to his or her team to enable the employee to clock in/out.
SmartTime mobile allows recording of time worked for individual employees and teams. This app has so much problems. It will kick you out and when clock outs are done they don't pull through to the other system and it will keep on giving out of bounds errors eventhough the person clocks in at the office.

The app has a problem of always stopping on its own and many more Challenger like now I'm early hear at work now it keeps on kicking me out and I've uninstalled it, remember the time is moving so now there on the system it will deduct some of my salary.Oh please improve the app or scrap it of No this app will have us have many pay queries truly speaking. Because we obeying our company procedure but the app has many problems that our manager can't even answer us to questions we have about the app

The app does not update and do not clock people in even when they stand near the wifi or the clock mashine. Some glitches to work out but overall good app

Works great. You have to register with Smart Time for the cloud platform. They will create your user profiles.

Dont download its sucks and not working, once you click create clocking it kicks you out completely, doesn't work on Huawei p8 lite, 😠
