Connects and drops connection instantly. Worked well initially but has been problematic of late. No problem connecting using a desktop or laptop. Android 12 problem?
Lets you easily connect to your home network. BUT it will pop up on you android like every time your network changes or sometimes out of the blue even when you are not connected to vpn. This happens so often that I had to uninstall the vpn and am looking for another solution.
Running version 1.0.9 and it works fine. Newer version requires more permissions but no explanation as to why these additional facilities are now needed. So difficult to recommend. Now wants access to USB storage ...? Device ID and call information ...?
very fast, never have any issue.
App works and works with my router but the keeps reloading itself after I close it down or when I lock my screen it loads about 5 seconds after. Very annoying.
it works okay, but it lacks the ability to reorder the list of available VPNs to make it easier to find the one you're looking for in a large collection
Problem I have is that this app only opens an SSl vpn, which my 2820 draytek seems to not support. For other VPN options, I will have to look elsewhere. Native Android (moto g5) doesn't want to talk ipsec/l2tp to my router either, although Ptp works.
Works so much better than the native Android VPN. Unfortunately can't handle when you move from WiFi to mobile.
It crashes when I try to connect
Works but then wont stay closed. I keep finding it reconnecting to my network even when closed!
So slow it is unusable with Vigor 2762ac. Using the same VDSL line my Tp link Open VPN connection is much quicker
Keeps disconnecting automatically. Issue arised after update
App works very well, never have any issues.
Have used it for a few minutes only, it just works. Simples
Complete and utter rubbish
only supports SSL vpn
It works fairly well for my 2930. I wish though there could be an online user guide or something. It will also be very useful if it can be configured to auto-connect only on WiFi (like iOS version of the same app) with also customizable exclusion. It can therefore auto-connect when I use public WiFi Hotspot but not home WiFi that I obviously trust.
Once the router is properly configured this makes it really easy to establish a VPN connection over SSL. The fun bit is getting the router sorted - easy enough following the guides on their website (registration needed for some) for the very simple designs shown if you have some clue about IP networks, but if you have a more advanced design then it's a lot more fun and at times a lot of router restarts are needed so if you already have this in productive use there will be some disruption to users. I'm using a mixture of phones and tables running Android 6 and 7 and an internal CA (based on XCA) to create and sign the required SSL certs. I've found one minor issue with the optional server validation when when on Android 7.1 but otherwise this seems pretty solid.
Needs more configurable options. Specifically the ability to tell it when to engage our bit engage, eg not on 4G networks we trusted wifi networks
Works, but with major flaws Can connect to vpn remotely , but app constantly tries to connect and wakes phone/notifies even with autostart off. Connecting from behind router not possible so is a constant issue at home/office.
Keeps launching whenever I try to use the internet. Phone rebooted. Autostart/reconnect switched off
Establishes SSL vpns to draytek routers fine. Main gripe is it doesn't put them in alphabetical order, or even allow you to organise the list. You are stuck with them in they order they are added
Great app but please add the ability to add more than one route in "More route" it's really important Thanks
VPN connects quickly and reconnects when network changes from wifi to 4g
Keep up the good work every one thanks more power
Needs a connect/disconnect widget
Uninstalling. I don't always need a VPN connection on my mobile, it's only for company access, so the continual launching/connecting by itself is intrusive and annoying, especially when on the middle of doing something, which is a shame, as it works well when connected. PC app works fine, though. will explore other options.
