Recently downloaded the app and saw that a previous reviewer mentioned that the demo videos are crashing or not working. Support told them to download the most recent version and that would fix the issue, however the demo videos are not working at all for us and we're only getting a white screen on multiple devices. This would be a great app with these demos would work Edited 3/13/22 It looks like whatever was broken within the app causing the videos to not load has been fixed. Five stars now.

Excellent app if you just want to select some equipment and generate a random workout without having to think. Only thing I wish it could do is allow to select exercises as well as equipment to generate workouts so you could have a little more control over the workouts

Thank you for making this. You can cycle through a few WODs until one takes your fancy it just be brutal to yourself and take the first one it gives you. Named Workouts are in there although I'd like to see them pop up more often as well as heavier workouts but for conditioning, I'm not sure there's a better app out there. Good work!

Love that I can see the movements and all the alternatives. That's amazing. I want to purchase the lifetime membership but I'm confused if it gives more workouts then already available. Anyways I think for home use, this is the best WOD app out there

Great app, but for some reason anytime I try to view any of the workout instruction videos, the app crashes completely. Also, the whole "pay for an account to add workouts to favorites" seems pointless because you can just take screenshots of the workouts and save them to your phone.

Enjoying the variety now that the gym I use has CrossFit equipment available. The only problem is that the app still crashes when attempting to watch some (not all) of the demo videos.

Love almost everything about it. Like other users I wish it could develop a short warmup or stretching session for each WOD, but the one thing I have issues with is trying to add notes after a workout. I want to be able to remind myself which weights were too light, too heavy, etc. so that I know for the next time around. Every time I try to add notes though, it won't save them. Otherwise it would be 5 stars in my book. Still a great app that I use all the time now.

Wish it generated more diverse workouts. It seems it comes up with similar routines and exercises and doesn't utilize all of the available equipment I have access to. I've changed up the settings multiple ways but it still doesn't generate well. My favorite routines are the ones I've come up with myself. I love that I can save and edit them and that it shows me how to do certain exercises I'm unfamiliar with. Even so, I would recommend this app to everyone. It's been a great help!

So far so good. Not 100% intuitive have to get used to finding your way around. However, the workouts are great and lots to choose from. If you used different weights than in the workout you can update in the logs. Its easy to record rounds during the workout. Would be nice if there was a share feature to send to friends or post on social media.

Love how you can make your own WODs and edit the pre-existing WODs to suit your ability. Also find the videos fantastic for when you can't quite remember to way back when you were last at a box learning the movements and need a little reminder. Would be great to have some warm up options and recommended stretches that align with each WOD though. Then I'd have absolutely no reason to go to a box 😊

The app has a good mix of workouts, and filters to customize it to what you want. My main complaint is many of these workouts seem to never have actually been tested. You have EMOM that are nearly impossible to do in a minute, or recommended weights that are sometimes too light, and then swing to too heavy. So the routines are good but the weights and times are all screwed up. With HIIT, it's hard to know what weight to use without a consistent gage.

I had given it 5 but had to reevaluate. After further review, it's a decent workout app. I like to share and cast to my TV while I workout. The share feature is not seemless and takes several attempts of closing and opening from the link, for workout to show on casted device. Everything else is pretty stellar. The ability to take a selfie, add additional exercise, like a walk or run, as an addon to the wod and post the workout like a banner on social media with great graphics would be awesome!

The app is great! Far beyond any other CrossFit WOD app I've used and easy to use.. I would just add the ability to change distances to Kilometres, and the ability to "Favourite" certain WODs. Also perhaps the ability to scale WOD weights by a general percentage across the board, for people still working on technique and form. Or just some way to scale the WODs. But I still use it everyday, great job!

I set up the equipment initially but when I go to setting to change the equipment there is no save or anything to keep my changes. Its be helpful to have descriptions of the exercise. And I only see the workout of the day. I don't get any work outside to choose from like it said in the description.

This may be the first time I've ever reviewed an app, but I'm doing it because I really appreciate this app. The ability to not have to search thru online databases of WODs, what some CF box is posting as their WODs, and sift thru those that are possible at my home gym or not--this is CLUTCH! I can just open the app, click a button, and start getting a quality workout in. Wish there was a tailored warmup, and the option to add in strength training. for future improvement--but great as-is!

I am very much enjoying this app! Since my gym shut down and then reopened we decided to put in all the equipment at home. I use this app to generate my workouts and feel like I'm back at the gym, having someone lay out the workout and not me having to Google it is such a huge help! One feature I would like to see and I would change my review to five stars if it's implemented is the ability to pause the warm up. Sometimes I think I can hold my doo-doos...I can't. I need pause. :)

This is a good app, don't get me wrong. But once a week, it resets and deletes all my favourited workouts and my workout history, and I have to start again from scratch. Which sort of defeats the purpose of having purchased a subscription, because favourited workouts and workout history are the essential premium features. Very frustrating and demotivating. This only started happening after the whole warm ups module was introduced. Before that it was working just fine.

This app is PERFECT for anyone who wants to do challenging workouts at home or wherever you are with what you have available! It's easily one of my most used and favorite apps. The workouts really push your limits, which is exactly what I want. I'd love to see searchable workouts in a future update. Thank you!

The app is very good it gives you a right schedule each day or each time but what I like is that there is some log where I can see and check my results how a timed workout went last time or something like that. Also if I accidentally move back in the menu then my workout is reset so I I there is no way to skip steps in a workout to to go to the point where I left it.

Great app! The free version doesn't allow you to edit workouts but the paid version does. Paid version allows you to save and edit workouts to fit your needs and it will log each work out you complete. It will tell you how much of the work out database you have access to based on the equipment you have available to use and the skills you're proficient in. Wonderful starter app for someone who is just getting into crossfit and a great app for experienced crossfitters.

I use this app for HIIT, and I love how this app removes the guessing game for exercise and quickly generates challenging workouts at the touch of a finger. I love that you can simply do body weight exercises or selecting any equipment that you have on hand (chin up bars, kettlebells, bench, etc) generating tons of options. Would recommend to anyone!
