My son's team is on SMASH Routes. Several weeks ago we all were sent the necessary login information. Several members of the team continue to have issues. Our account is pending. We have personally reached out to the company with 3 e-mails and they've haven't responded. Our team has a contact person and they've been unreachable. Why pay for a service if people can't access it and they don't respond to help requests? Customer service is lacking.
Immediate Roadblock / Dead End Cycle. I am a coach. Wanted to check this out for my team. I gave all my information, including designating myself as a coach, except I had to do it twice, which was my first red flag. After validating my email and logging in the first time, I got an error that said my team wasn't active yet and needed to contact my team admin, AKA me. It thought I was a player. There were no other buttons besides Back and Play. I am immediately uninstalling and unsubscribing
Couldn't let me log in after I registered. It just said syncing account and wouldn't move past it. I waited for 2 hours to see if it would work.
Miserable, damn thing won't go past syncing account, please fix Update-uninstalled and reinstalled and I got through the sync screen
Registered, but when I tried playing, it just said it was verifying my log in or something like that. Never got to play.
It wouldn't let me verify my email and password ....so it was as useless as a boat with a huge hole in the hull!
Don't download it will not work and it puts a virus on your phone

Easy to learn my plays
Well done already, with a ton of potential to grow. If you are a coach, you need to check this out. This is a way for your players to get mental reps without the boaring playbook "studying". This is what the future of coaching (especially at the youth/highschool level) looks like.
I personally know the CREATOR of this AMAZING APPLICATION and I have never been SO BLOWN away by an all encompassing digital experience that has opened my eyes to an entirely new plane of existence otherwise known as the FOOTball. I am new to this sport and I love it already!!
