Not real time app.. If you calculate profit and lost both intra and overall,then you should be trapped becoz they doesn't show you real profit or loss... Some time my order executed but screen shows nothing.. Some time when I square off my position but screen shows I am in trade ,in this situation app shows wrong profits or losses..
App keep crashing... No stability in app Max.m time asks for id and password again and again whenever you open it It makes feel frustration......and headache Not at all recommend to use until and unless these all shorts of problem get fixed which I think could take even a decade by its developers. ...

Whenever the the worst app prize will be announced definitely you will win the first prize because you deserve it. With this worst app you are running your business hats off to you. It seems that the app has provide by the developers is free of cost because the people will not pay the fee for the worst. I am sorry to give you one star because less than this is not possible.
The performance of App is further deteriorated 👎👎👎🤔🤔 The app quite often malfunctions. Suddenly the executed order will disappear, only to appear back after few refresh action. Bids visibility is limited to 5 only as against 20 in other service providers / brokerage companies like Zerodha etc.
Very patchy app. Takes very long to open. Price update is very slow and over the time is becoming slower and slower even on broadband connection.
Nice app i used it long tine, only thing that is i want to improve in this app is real time data of sell and purchase of shares is not shown imidiately in portfolio is need to improve.
The app is pathetic. I'm a HDFC securities customer recently opened an account in SMC. Found this app absolutely junk. Despite of registration of fingerprint it asks for password & OTP. Half of the time OTP never comes. This is a third grade app.
for last 2 months couldn't do trading.. as this app doesn't work and keeps crashing. Provide the solution or as us to switch.
Earlier used to b good but now its worst app getting worst with every update. At crucial times one cannot see the portfolio and this continues for the whole day without rectification.
1) No alert or popup when order book pending trade gets executed. So miss profit or incur loss unknowingly. 2) No rate alert popup or alarm when set rate triggers 3) no updation on ledger balance immidiately after processing of closing trades billing.
Plz provide on dash board nifty on one click shoud open and also should be shown option chain with each stricke price also. It to long process in buying Opion. Strike price not showing its price. There no proper demo video for bihiner in Hindi. How to use each and every future of app. Otherwise is good everything. Sharekhan is fast and good app for option buying. Thank you
Worst app. Not showing correct details of holding. Also crashing so oftenly. Taking long long time to login into and keep loading portfolio details

Absolutely frustratimg. Very very disgusting. The app work good during working hours. But before and after working hours or in week ends this is worth less. The app freezes or it donot load any data. Unable to view the rates or the purchase of any shares.
A very user friendly app and a great improvement over the previous SMC app The new feature , where one can see the live Index while trading in options is a great feature. .Only thing is , sometimes it stops reflecting the current Prices and one has to restart the app. Still lots of scope for Improvement. Keep improving guys 15.02.2022 : from a promising App , SMC has managed to run it into the ground. Pathetic and only seems to be becoming Worse !
Very Bad Application.in such stock market not good this type of application. Not properly after two time uninstall and re install. Not recive otp in first try
One of the most worst app which causes losses due to their incompatibility of information. Additionaly, i didn't get any brokrage information and even my statment of ledger through app.

I have my pin number but again n again it asks for password , OTP etc which really breaks concentration.
Easy to use but need some improvement in Portfolio & Stock View Portfolio data & Stock View data not match properly.

App interface is good but the slow speed and too much lags spoils everything. Many a time one can even fail to execute a trade profitably due to excess lags.
One of the worst app from 3 days it is automatically getting logged out...Pin has been set but no use.
The app is getting worse and worse with new updates. it's crashing and hangs a lot. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to check the details of the stock. Even with high speed Internet where you can browse YouTube videos without any buffering, but this app does not work completely. You have to restart over and over again. Not at all happy with the app.

Too bad. Using since, when it was new. One after day creating problems.....either not opening or not working properly. Max. time showing wrong client ID or password, otherwise something is wrong in background. Unable to collect and fetch actual data, that's why issue is going on. Not expected
