I've bought a kihno kit album, installed this app, but unable to download the album when I plugged in the muz-kit. Please help...

Why is the app not working on my phone? I've bought Seventeen You Make My Day Kihno version, installed the app and now its not working.
Waste of my money. I download my new kihno kit. Everything works fine until I close out. Then the app won't open. I have to reinstall. Same thing again. I can't download my kit again for 2 YEARS. THE KIT I RECEIVED TODAY I CAN'T EVEN USE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Their are plenty of other services out there. I regret wasting my money.
Simple and easy to use. just lacking on capability of playlist for the multi cards i have. will be nice if can create playlist within player to allow all the cards songs to be played on shuffle
Android version is so different with ios... why ?? The android version is so simple.. it is really different, the other version looks so cool with LP player mode, etc. One thing that burden me is in android ver i can't even download the picture while on the ios ver can. What happen with the android version ? please fix it..
I had to reinstall my phone and now kihno won't work. I'm trying to reinstall it, and hopefully I can get it to work because I can't buy the albums again, when the limit is reached due to the app not working!
