It's not working in background..after selecting one app and we back to smc easy trade but it's not working like earlier. If you use any app and come back it's closed

The application seems to be quite confusing. It is to be simplified like other trading app, in which it also gives an option of liat of stocks you have invested and the total loss or gain in a very simplified form. Though in SMC app, the list of stocks invested is there, but the total loss or gain is not been displayed. There are few more improvements to be done, i am sure your developers should take care off by comparing it with other trading apps.

Very worst aap and low connectivity.. Not friendly and no option to delete the script from my watchlist.so dont waste ur time with smc however staff is also not friendly

After last update, things have become difficult. Every time I leave the page, it gets logged out. And it demands two factor authentication. All other trading apps have moved to pin login and you are moving backwards. This is not client's security , this is just your incompetency.

Im really shocked, smc have not fixed the most important thing yet, background activity, the app stops automatically when in background or when phone locks and i have to close it and manually relogin... why doesnt it run and keep the app alive in background? You want me to keep my screen on and on smc trade app for every second till i finish my trade! This is not desktop odin! Whats worse it doesnt refreshes and start back where it was nor say log out after its killed in background but it "freezes" on whatever the last data was shown and doesnt start from login screen nor notify you that app is killed! Ive booked losses many times because of that! And why cant it pick up the authentication otp in message by itself? Add that and remember client id so i dont have to keep entering everytime, as i have only one account at smc trading like 100% people out ther afterall, fix these asap theyre really important! --EDIT AFTER SMC REPLY-- Dude... just check yourself where my comment is... lol, ive commented on easy trade not easy go. Used many trading softwares. But this one seems to be outstanding in terms of ease of use and speed. Design and layout is also good. In the transfer funds option, displaying funds available for transfer will be more useful.

Using this app since last 2 years, could not see p&l view of portfolio(only stock view available) for my login id. Complained several times, you guys only escalates mails to other person that also done by me only . Support service only provided the mail IDs. Still my issue is not resolved. Also many features are missing. Extremely Frustrated now, will switch to another platform soon

This application is not user friendly. It is very complex. Application should be in a such way that user can understand the options in this application quickly. Otherwise it is difficult to trade. Please refer other broker's application such as upstocks geojit etc so that you will come to know how simple are they to use. In my opinion, options in this application should be changed completely. Please keep the options simple so that it is easy and quick to trade

Nowadays app is not working properly in every login....screen showing without price ..pls clear this patches either its more or less good.

After latest update it is not working screen becomes blank if moves to another app or calling.

Please add option for negative marking. Very disappointing app.

i have used since 2013 very bad experience with SMC, worst app. its automatically disconnected, not user friendly, not transparency in changers and leaverage information on website.. don't waste your time and money with SMC easy trade.

Takes too much time for otp and fonts are not easily clear. One has to find the data as it should be clearly visible in one sight. And the app is not user fraindly.

It is hang more time. When day is important at that time this app is not working or server down. I always making loss because of this app problem. Otherwise this app is best buying and selling stock. And please add upl transection features so customers easy way to transfer money direct by this app. Please solve this issue fast. This is stock market, not we play game.

Interface look of this App is very outdated, not user-friendly at all. Done by bad developer. Technically need a lot of improvement. No clue how to add bank for fund transfer.

Pls improve your app. You can take a cue from other DEMAT apps.

Dangerous- The easiest way to loose all your capital!!!!!!!! - NEVER USE.. As requested - details given below. 1) Furst if all, this app doesnt rin in background. everytime u have to login with credentials & 2nd password. 2) To select a script, you have to make 5times effort than that yiu have to put in case you searach in other broker aplication. Example - if we search for a script, we've to select cash, futures, or options then type tye script name. if typo occur, delete& do again. pathetic

I tried to login as guest but app stopped responding & would automatically re-open. Why doesn't developer improve the app even after such poor reviews. Shows indifference of the company towards customer feedback. First impression is usually the last. Will never come back!!

This application is closed from SMC then please remove this application from play store as soon as possible . And do necessary update in SMC Ace .

Pathetic app and pathetic platform.... I have installed 5 times but the app not getting opened. They took whole to get my password reset and in sending to my regd mail. Customer support is useless. They always say system updation going on. Nvr use SMC.

Not properly designed, trading ng point of view not suitable

Very disappointed the way App is working... Sometimes at just before closing market it's going to hang up and you can't trade just before closing market... I'm in heavy loss due to this as I couldn't sold my scripts in Intraday.

please learn how to develop trading app by watching other broker apps . App design is very poor, can't read fonts and background colour. you can go through Kotak securities app .Samco app Hdfc app so many apps are built very nice . Now days people are trading with mobile application only . Please change this app totally .no one can like this thank you

Worsted application, when market open at 9:15 this app always slow and didn't show the order details, current market price or refresh price issue. In new update it consumes very much bettery. and when call to customer care they has a single line sorry sir backend issues. why you running this application.

Very difficult for naive user to understand the app functions. Worst UI ever seen. Some items takes you to Web page that doesn't works

Even after 8am it has all the problems like procure problem, net net problem, not updates the stock frequently, if u minimize it will exit, trading make tension at the same time this app will make that double, no maintenance every time i have to call the technical support, not worthy to call this as trading app, prefer religare

very poor and bad app in three atempts i log in the app but in just 2 or three seconds get log off and msg displaying that you are log off due to inactivity i am not able to understand that but activity you have to do to logi public says right the easiest way lo lose all your money with smc

worst app to trade. it sucks when you are trade using this app, I have to trade as I have account but if go by my suggestion never trade using this app, very slow n most of time not working. other apps are way good than this.

It is good. It does not show portfolio with purchasing price,Profit loss - over-all or daywise. It is fast for buy or sell.

Complete worsh exprience. In this app. I am not even able to go on login page. You mobile apps are worsh amongs all the online treding apps. Correct it.
