SMG Subscription

The problem I have is with the app. While it works fine for what it does. You are only able to see and book movies that day. I can't see or book a movie for say Saturday if it's Friday. Makes it hard to plan. Also, you don't have the option of purchasing a second seat. If I'm going with a friend, I can get my seat but the second seat has to be purchased seperate with a different app, could be a problem sitting together if its a popular movie

Unknown Error!! The app is garbage. When i select theater location,film and showtime it works up until i select my seating tickets. It won't let me book the seats. Tried 50 different times and i ALWAYS get "Unknown error. Try again later." Damn embarrassment of a service!

I would be careful when choosing to use this service. This service is powered by Sinemia who had cancelled a large number of accounts for "fraudulent activity" (my mother's and mine included). I have been waiting 6 days to hear back from customer service about a refund or reinstatement. They are also well known for undisclosed fees. When we first purchased the service for a full year in advance, they did not disclose the "ATM" fees or the "processing charge." Be safe when choosing this service

Finally with all the bug fixes this app works really well, movies finally appear in the app & not disappearing like before. Also for those know are in the know, SMG Access Club & SMG Access Subscription are 2 totally different things so make sure you login with the right info. Only thing I wish now is to reserve tickets in advance & see a sysnopsis of the movie and a trailer to get me in the movie deciding if I wanna see it then this app be a 5 star rating.

It doesn't work. I signed up on the website using a computer then got this app. It says my user or password is wrong, but it's not. I can sign on using the computer every time. I can even sign on to the website on this same mobile that the app is on. It's just the app. It doesn't work.

Can't find any place that describes the two subscription plans. Terms of service contradicts itself on what days tickets can be used. No mention of ticket rollover even though that was mentioned in advertising email.

Uninstalled the app, because i could not just check movie times. The app kept trying to send me to a $14.99/month movie watching program. Even just setting the theater sent me there. Huge pain in the ass and disappointment.

It crashes after a few seconds of a no wifi connection. 😑. Guess I am going back to my amc subscription. Sad because I can literally see the SMH in Alpharetta from my apt building.

The location service never get me to the right location. It happened 5 times and I still cant get the movie ticket. I verified with Samsung that my location service is working correctly.

my friend and I both got a monthly subscription . we both made reservations only to have our tickets cancelled. which ruined our days plans. not impressed for a paid subscription. will update with resolution

SMG Access and SMG Access Subscription are two different things. "SMG Access" is a loyalty program with the option to pay $10/year for extra perks. "SMG Access Subscription" looks to be like Movie Pass but for just SMG theaters. Two stars for not picking creative names. Pete and Re-Pete don't count.

I like the monthly movie club. I would like to have the ability to book extra tickets at the reduced rate on this app instead of having to go to the SMG website!

The company behind this application is a fraud. They will change rules at will. Add additional fees that you cannot avoid. There no help section in application. Take a look at rewires for the Sinemia application from the same fraud company. They trying to sell you the same subscription model.

love the theatre, hate the app. Mainly because, even though I belong to SMG Access, order my tickets online, I can't log in to the app. It doesn't recognize my email address.

This is Sinemia powered app!!! Never did I violate any terms of agreement, and suddenly my account was cancelled. With no explanation or response from customer service. I am against those whom wrongfully use products out of their true intent, but also greatly against companies who do not supply what was offered! I will not stay quiet and will write in all pages possible and to @Natocinemas and @Cinemacon, unless you fufill your end.

UPDATED: Finally started working properly still some glitches, like the time on the qr code for the movie. But much better than when it first rolled out.

I signed up for an amnual SMG Access Director level online. But the app won't recognize it, apparently it only works with some monthly program. Useless.

I can sign in on the website, but the app will not let me sign in with the same password. If I tap "forgot your password?" the app tells me, "The E-mail address does not exist."

Having used 2 other movie subscription service, find SMG Subscription the easiest most user friendly service. Storefront a movie and seat is ready and fast, and checking at the movie theater couldn't get better.

this app is terrible. I set up an account on the site. tried to sign in on the app. it would always say error!

The only reason why this pos app has one star is bc I have to have at least one star to write a review. I'm trying to buy SMG tickets and it wants me to pay them $8.99 a month just to click on the SMG in Wheaton, IL then to buy tickets.

The app looks great but nothing is working as of yet... One month until I cancel guys. Please figure it out.

App is trash as you can't even log in to the app. Reset password on studio movie grill site and still can't log in 👎👎

The website is trash. The app is only giving me the option to pay monthly membership not thr option to buy tickets.

I couldnt get passed the splash screen. Don't waste time with this. just go through their website.

When it works it's fine but lately the GPS says I'm down the street while I'm standing in the building

Won't let me log into my account from the app. I have to use chrome browser.

Doesn't recognize my email and password. Useless.

I absolutely love it! keeps entertained and updated on whats new or coming out!
