SMG Theaters

App works very well for purchasing movies and seats. The online food and drink works, but I don't think everything is available to order. For instance, beer can be ordered to go, but not in the app for delivery to your seat. This might not be the apps fault, but the function to take a picture of a credit card instead of manually enter it doesn't work with all types of credit cards.

Best place to see movies in my area!! They have the best food and drink selection out of any theater in addition to a full bar. They'll bring your food/drink directly to your seat. There's a red light call button at every seat for service. No other experience is quite like this one!!

Problems that weren't there before... Used to be able to order tickets and food ahead of showtime pretty seamlessly, but now I'm not shown an option to add food/drink orders to my already purchased tickets. Not sure why this changed? I hope it is restored back to how it was before. Much less user-friendly now.

The App seams fine. The theater on the other hand is the last garbage. Dirty, unprofessional employees and service, overpriced food that doesn't meet the quality standards, if it even arrives. Movies start 45 to 60 minutes after the actual start time, because the servers can't fullfill the orders, even tho its not busy or a lot of people visiting. Wouldn't recommend. Just find a other place to enjoy your movies :)

We ordered wine on the app and it was never brought to us. No one on site could help us and they would not bring us our drink as the order was apparently not going through for the servers but we were billed for it. There seems to be no method for getting a refund. No one should use this app!!!

App still needs a lot of work. Many options missing, including food options on the menu but not on the app. Unable to do any account management on the app either. I'm waiting until they refine it more to give it another shot.

It's pretty easy to use, the seat selection is easy to choose from, though the distance from the screen is hard to convey on the map because the theaters are enormous, I'd sit closer to the screen, perhaps closer to the middle of the theater seating.

Easy when purchasing tickets. Issues; unable to view rewards to use them. Also, tried using the app order food when I arrived but does not let you purchase. Getting this fixed would be awesome

Making my account on a web browser was impossible as my birthday kept flagging an error message and it would change the year to like 1866. Could actually make an account thru the app but it never let's me log in as it will freeze on the login page and give me an error message

Really easy to use, I hope they can integrate a way to look up the showings that start the soonest when you're just trying to watch a movie when you're in the area.

I had a lot of problems redeeming in store. I emailed this app directly and they fixed it for me in less than 18 hours. Truly impressive

Confusing to use, I dwld this to get $5 movie tix and that was hard to find. Look at the movies playing no pictures or title shown just a length time? I like the idea of wording food from it except ever food option has the same picture?

Really easy to use. You can check movie times, buy tickets, order food, and have it delivered to your seat. Super cool. But I may just be a simple farm boy. But this is an entirely new way to enjoy a movie... Pricey food though.

Love this app. SMG is one of my go to theaters and this app makes it super easy to not only order tickets but food as well. Highly recommended if you're a fan of Studio Movie Grill.

Punished for using app, you get charged an extra $3.50 service fee for using the app. I was wanting to make going more convenient but this is the opposite

This app works well, but dark mode would make it basically perfect. It's not great looking at white screens in the app while in a dim theater.

App states "food seat delivery" not available for almost every moving in the last 6 months. Useless!

App constantly doesn't work for me and it's actually showing the INVERSE of which seats are sold compared to the web site. I can't pick more than one seat and those seats that are showing up available are actually sold. Pretty much worthless.

Good app, great to get tickets and food pre ordered. Has a 5 dollar service fee, otherwise 5 star.

Like many others, I get the dreaded cannot connect to the server error. I suspect it is because I have an Android device. I have seen no response from SMG for this problem!!?

How are the app developers for this not put an actual searchable menu. Only way to access to he menu is by ordering ahead of time. They made a simple app too simple.

Very easy to use and have your tickets in your phone. Love that you can order your food too. Definitely a great feature.

The the food was exceptional and I didn't think going there out: because I didn't realize that I would be eating in the Dark. And anyone who knows me know that I don't eat the fat from any meat. And i ordered hot wings 😂😂 😂😂🤣. 2 napkins and fat meat and BBQ sauce every where.!!! Lol 😆🤣🤣 but.. because the staff was Super nice is the only reason I'm giving 2stars. Next time I will be getting nachos.

There have been a few times where i have ordered tickets and food only to get to the end and receive a message saying " server is down" ........booooooo!!!! Almost everytime this has happend.
