Has always worked for the past month cant log in have Uninstalled reinstalled and same error. Frustrating because cant close out anything unless on work computer due to it not allowing access from mobile devices like before. Can you please get it fixed. Because if we don't access in timely manner issues elevated and then looks bad all around on our part.
I cannot get the app to work at all! It will not pare either to be able to work at home like my old phone did and it was the same model
There are no options to see the current fiscal month reports I use. I end up having to use the web browser on my phone and then switching to the full version to access any customizable reports. Rolling 90 reports are the last thing I want to see but the only thing I can get from this app. Also the fraud prevention measures are so strict that half of my legitimate customer feedback gets rejected.
It's doesn't show all the coments....this app is very bad, awful application..nees to be updated or renewed because doesn't show all the feedbacks... And please stop to change my coments...accept the feedbacks like it is. If you don't like it then do something with this app...to work properly
App has been great until recently. Now I can't log in at all, yet I can log in to the website with no problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and password reset and nothing works.
all of the sudden I cant log in to the app. tried clearing the cache, deleting data, uninstalling and reinstalling and it is just giving me a blank screen. good at first but horrible for mobile use now.
Terrible. It won't accept my login info even though it has been the same since the day I started using it. Even if I could login the app is terribly designed and hard to navigate.
Totally awful. Great product, AWFUL app. Closing cases takes almost 5 minutes each, have to add a note twice before you can. Close it on iPhone and the email address is not able to be copied and pasted into my email, super frustrating
This app was good but since it updated I can no longer get on the app it just says loading

I have requested a email to be sent out on numerous occasions and have yet to receive one. the app worked fine till about 2 weeks ago. I've sent the information that you asked for and I'm still waiting
I've tried to uninstall the app and install it again. It still says error retrieving data. Super disappointing!
App was OK until 3 or 4 days ago, now it just opens to a blank page, no menu, nothing to proceed with! Thanks for correcting the issue so promptly.
The app on my phone attempts to log in after being paired but just sits on the main login screen with a busy circle. I have submitted a ticket through SMG portal.

Was great but now doesn't even open. Just a blank screen. No option to log in or out, just a white screen!! Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again.....nothing!!
All of a sudden when I open app says smg360 but then goes to a white screen, no username or password option at all. Have uninstalled and downloaded again but still having same problem.
Having an issue with no longer being able to forward comments onto other platforms such as WhatsApp. I was able to do so weeks ago but no longer. Don't think anything has changed on my Mobile.
its always worked for me until today where it now will not pull up at all. i have tried to force stop it nothing, tried to uninstall and reinstall still wont. i went as far as restating my phone and still wont come up.
the lasted comments take a very long time to show up in my app. hours. I get the email notification that i received a comment and have to use my browser to see the new comment. hours later my app will update and show me the comment as a new unread comment. i just deleted the app and redownloaded it and it is still not showing the comment i received today.
Hate that they are so picky and choosy about what surveys go through. Really irritating when you literally watch a customer do a good survey and it doesnt go through.

Great app! Works just like its supose to so i have easy access to check and address my comments and reviews! But my only problem is i have 3 restaurants and cant check all 3 through the one app!
App has always worked on all my devices. I have the pixel 3xl, for the past two day I have a blank screen when opening the app, not sure if there was an update but I cannot open the app and see details on my stats. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but I'm still getting the same results, other Android users are having the same issue that I'm aware of. I know ios users are still fine. Please look into this because this is a big part of my work life. Thank you
